Veggilanol Zircon is a carefully selected blend of sterols, triterpenoid alcohols and high molecular weight aliphatic alcohols dissolved in a l ow molecular weight mineral oil. It has been processed in such a way to reduce sedimentation and provide a homogenous mixture. The pr oduct is a low viscosity liquid, pale yellow in color, with practically no discernable odor and is rapidly absorbed by the skin, imparting powerful emollient and moisturizing effect. It is a highly complex mixture of fatty acids. It is produced by alkaline saponification of wool wax of chosen origin and then extraction and acid treatment is performed. Veggilanol Tektite contains emulsifying properties and is soluble in mineral oil and many other organic solvents .
