LE-PRO™ LAC 466 is kosher approved lactose used as the carbohydrate in infant food products. The small particle size incorporates easily into chocolate confections to reduce sweetness by replacing sugar. It is a component in food products such as baking and prepared mixes. LE-PRO™ LAC 466 can also be used for flavor, color and consistency in other foods.

LE-PRO™ LAC 451 is Leprino's most economical grade of 200 mesh lactose. The small particle size incorporates easily into chocolate confections to reduce sweetness by replacing sugar. It is a component of several food products such as spice blends and baking mixes. LE-PRO LAC 451 is used for flavor, color and consistency in many food items. The fine powder texture makes it ideal for many dry blended products. This product is Kosher approved.

LE-PRO™ SW 420 is a sweet dairy whey powder that is excellent in ice cream, frozen desserts and sherberts as a partial replacer for nonfat milk; also used for flavor and color in bakery items, confectionary, soup, margarine and processed foods; and may be used in states requiring the use of Grade A ingredients.

LE-PRO™ WPC 470 is a whey protein concentrate that may be used in food products as a partial nonfat milk replacer to improve texture of lowfat items. LE-PRO WPC 470 may be used in food products as a partial nonfat milk replacer or to improve texture of lowfat items; in nutritional beverages, nutritional food bars, nutritional supplements, infant foods, yogurts, processed cheese, sausage products and many other diverse applications; and can also be used as a protein source for feed rations.
