LRBG Chemicals USA RUFR 1006M is an off-white/yellow latex intumescent fire-retardant polyurethane coating designed as a primer coating for wood and engineered wood composites. When applied and dried, it creates a low-gloss protective primer coating. When exposed to temperatures above 200°C, it creates a multicellular protective char layer that shields the wood substrate beneath it from the fire. This system has excellent adhesion to wood composites and yields low flame spread and smoke development ratings. It may be crosslinked with low levels of polycarbodiimide or melamine/urea crosslinkers to achieve excellent water resistance in the surface coating.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 829 is a melamine formaldehyde resin in powder form designed specifically for the production of NEMA Grade G-9 glass fiber laminates. It is a slightly plasticized resin that does not contain any reaction catalyst ions to carry electrical charges. This resin is used in glass fabric laminates that require NEMA Grade 9 electrical performance.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 is a melamine resin powder designed to provide extended solution stability at high concentrations of resin solids. This lends itself to treating applications requiring solution solids of over 55%. For example, a 60% solids solution for saturation of glass cloth to provide good wetting characteristics can be obtained using a 95/5 water-butanol solvent combination. Various types of fillers can be used with the LRBG Chemicals USA MF 819 resin, and other additives and subsequent processing are dependent on the needs of the finished molding compound. It is a neat resin without any additives, fillers, catalysts, or releasing agents.

LRBG Chemicals USA UF RW-25 is an unfilled, uncatalyzed adhesive and binding resin that is suitable for a variety of applications, such as wood, cellulosic substances, and foundry sand. It can be cured using only heat or with the addition of a catalyst, which will shorten the cycle time. Increasing the catalyst content will result in a cold-cure wood glue.

Furthermore, LRBG Chemicals USA MF 817 is highly recommended for use in the manufacture of abrasives, including precision diamond cutting wheels, and has been successfully used as a modifier for phenolic resins in the production of sandpaper.
