Lutkala Pure contains only vegetable fibers from apple pomace. In its production, we use a patented extrusion method that does not use any chemical reagents. As a result, Lutkala is free from post-process contamination. In addition, thanks to the use of unique technology, our thickener has improved rheological properties. Therefore, the use of Lutkala allows not only to enrich food with healthy fiber, but also to shape parameters such as a structure or texture in a desired way.

As a result, Lutkala is free from post-process impurities. Additionally, owing to the use of a unique technology, our fiber has good rheologic properties. That is why Lutkala not only enriches food with healthy fiber, but also allows for achieving desired parameters of food, such as structure or texture. We do not bleach Lutkala to avoid using any chemical reagent during production process. This fact may influence on color of the light products, like white bread – giving it not only a buster of healthy fiber, but also more healthy look.
