Solvent Free Conformal Coating ECC3051S is a one-component, low viscosity silicone conformal coating material that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a flexible protective coating. ECC3051S conformal coating cures quickly in ambient conditions without the need for curing equipment, and can achieve faster tack-free time with exposure to mild heat. ECC3051S conformal coating can help reduce the potential for corrosion of electronic components, and under certain test conditions* has been found to surpass other polymers such as acrylics, polyurethane, polyolefin and other silicone polymers in corrosion prevention.

847 is a carbon-filled electrically conductive paste. It improves electrical connections between non-moving parts in the same way a thermal paste improves thermal connections. It will not separate, bleed or migrate. It reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, inhibits corrosion, and prevents static buildup. It is thixotropic and can be used as a gap filler to ensure grounded connections or revitalize corroded sockets. Use 847 when you want a non-bleeding paste that provides great electrical contact and environmental protection. It is excellent for use on ground connections, battery terminals, bus bars, single pole jacks, slide connectors, HVAC connections, speaker posts, and fluorescent light pins.

RTV102 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. RTV102, RTV103, RTV106, RTV108, RTV109, RTV112, RTV116 and RTV118 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. Since all these sealants utilize a moisture cure system, they must not be used in thicknesses of greater than 6mm (1/4 in.). Where section depths exceed 6mm (1/4 in.), Momentive Performance Materials one component, addition cure or two-component silicone rubber compounds are recommended.

844AR is a one-part, solvent-based, permanent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) coating. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. The coating can be cured at room temperature or higher. 844AR is commonly used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures.

Super ShieldTM Nickel Conductive Spray Paint 841AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive nickel flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT, PVA and ABS/PC blend. It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 841AR provides a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when corrosion resistance is a concern.
