4226 is a highly insulating coating with excellent arc and corona resistance. This clear, low viscosity, one part varnish coating is easy to use and adheres well to many substrates. The 4226 insulates transformers, coils, motor windings, and various electric generator parts against arc and corona. As well, it protects these parts from corrosion and moisture.

The 8337 Speaker Service Cement is a flexible, durable, solvent-based, rubber resin adhesive that is designed for speaker repair.

8361 Label and Adhesive Remover is formulated to effectively remove adhesive, sticker, and ink residues. It contains a pleasant odor which makes the product easy to work with.

8310A is a conformal coating stripper that readily removes most thermoplastic and on-cross linked coatings such as acrylics, urethanes, and silicones based conformal coatings. It also facilitates the removal of some thermoset coatings like cross-linked silicones and polyurethanes by softening or swelling the coat to aid with mechanical removal. This stripper is safe for most types of PCB components.

The 824 Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) is a high purity cleaner and solvent. The purity level meets Grade A standard for MIL Spec TT-I-735A and ASTM D770, ensuring that no contamination occurs from its use. As a cleaner, it is fully miscible in water and most organic fluids, making it good at dissolving dirt, light organic contaminants, and ionic flux residues. Since the 824 is highly anhydrous (without water) and hygroscopic (absorbs humidity), it readily scavenges water off surfaces, trapping the water in the IPA solution as an azeotropic mixture. This helps to dehumidify surfaces. As a solvent, it acts as a moderate evaporation, ‘plastic safe’ diluent (see compatibility chart on page 3) and is used to improve the properties of paint resins and other heterogeneous solid mixtures. Therefore, it serves as a useful carrier solvent to adjust the rheological properties and compatibilities of complex mixtures. Due to IPA’s volatility, it resists entrapment in the coating. As it dries, it gives off a very light odor, which is not bothersome but serves as a cue to limit over-exposure due to poor ventilation.

The 403A Super Cold™ 134 is a pure, non-flammable cold spray that is used primarily for diagnosing thermally intermittent problems with electronic devices. The cold spray contains pure 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (HFC 134a).

8481 is a premium, carbon-filled, electrically conductive grease. It lubricates, reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, prevents static buildup, and it is a powerful corrosion inhibitor. It is thermally stable and will not separate because of temperature cycling. Use 8481 when you want a lubricating grease that provides great electrical contact and extreme environmental protection. It is excellent for ground connections, rotating connections, rotary switches, variable capacitors, roller inductors, roller bearings, slip rings, slide connectors and potentiometers.

Black 1:1 Epoxy, Encapsulating & Potting Compound 832HD is a black, rigid, 2-part epoxy that provides extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. Due to its low mixed viscosity, 832HD can easily penetrate small gaps and cavities. It also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects components from static discharge, vibration, abrasion, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals.

Super Shield™ Nickel Conductive Paint 841AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive nickel flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It can be easily applied by brush or spray. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT, PVA and ABS/PC blend. It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 841AR provides a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that

408C restores old rubber parts that have become hard and lost their tackiness and flexibility. It causes the rubber to expand, allowing dirt to be removed from its pores. When the solvent dries, the rubber returns to its form and remains tacky. This product restores the tackiness of platens and rollers as well as helping remove dirt, ink, and sticky residues. It may also restore the flexibility of belts, conveyors, and seals.

4223F is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset polyurethane conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant, and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F protects printed circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

407D is designed to provide optimal cleaning power while remaining safe for equipment. It efficiently removes greases, oils, carbon, static, dirt, and grime. This product is used for cleaning components of VCR, CD, DVD, Blu-ray, magnetic backup systems, mini-video tape cameras, and mini cassette players. The 4050 Safety Wash for Electronics is a high purity, printed circuit board cleaner and solvent. It uses a blend of high purity ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, and ethyl acetate components designed not to leave solvent contaminations behind. The alcohol and organic solvent blend is sufficiently strong to dissolve light to moderate grease and organic contaminants, as well as being polar enough to remove ionic flux residues and inorganic soils. It is an excellent choice when IPA alone is not powerful enough to dissolve greasy contaminants.

4225 Conformal Coating Epoxy4225 is a 2-part epoxy conformal coating. UV Curable Conformal Coating 4200UV is a 1-part, UL-certified conformal coating formulated for rapid cure upon exposure to UV light. It is a low viscosity coating that retains high fluorescence after curing for ease of inspection, curing to a smooth, glass-like finish. The coating contains a secondary moisture cure mechanism that allows for curing in shadowed areas. 4200UV is a cost-effective option for large volume projects where both fast turn-around and higher throughput are required. It will not separate, bleed or migrate. It reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, inhibits corrosion, and prevents static buildup. It is thixotropic and can be used as a gap filler to ensure grounded connections or revitalize corroded sockets. Use 847 when you want a non-bleeding paste that provides great electrical contact and environmental protection. It is excellent for use on ground connections, battery terminals, bus bars, single pole jacks, slide connectors, HVAC connections, speaker posts, and fluorescent light pins.
