PETG is a high-strength transparent thermoplastic with excellent moisture and chemical resistance. It does not require a heated print bed, is easy to use, and has low shrinkage and minimal odor. It is excellent for applications where strong, transparent prints are desired, and it is widely used in mechanical parts fabrication and robotics. MG Chemicals premium 3D printing filaments are manufactured under strict quality control to ensure consistency. Our spools have a large hub to ensure uniform winding, and cut-outs on the sides so the user can easily see how much filament is left.

The 435 Thinner is a super-fast drying thinner, low VOC solvent for use with the MG Chemical’s conformal and EMI/RFI shielding coating products. It is designed to ensure good adherence to plastic substrates.

Fast Set Epoxy 8332 is a quick-set 2-part epoxy adhesive. Bonded parts need only be held together for eight to ten minutes before handling. It offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials that are difficult to bond with, including glass, fiberglass, concrete, ceramics, woods, and most metals and plastics. This is a general-purpose adhesive suitable for household, industrial and manufacturing applications.

MAS100-15 - 3D Printing Masking Tape MG Chemicals high temperature masking tape is made from 8mm beige crepe paper coated with a rubber adhesive designed for 3D printer heated beds. Specifically designed to be heat resistant, it provides superior print adhesion while allowing easy removal of completed objects. It also provides protection for the printer bed and makes cleanup simple. It works excellently with PLA, Wood, PETG, and many other 3D printing materials.

SS4004P Pink, ready to use, silicone primer for use with two-part silicone RTV’s to promote adhesion on surfaces like plastic, glass, ceramic, wood, and metal. Bright pink color makes easy visual determination of uniform coating.

POL100 / POL200 - 3D Printing Polyimide Tape MG Chemicals Polyimide film is a lightweight, flexible 2mm crystalline film with a silicone adhesive designed for heated 3D printer beds. It works well at low temperatures, does not soften when subjected to heat, and provides an excellent release surface at elevated temperatures. It offers superior tensile strength, good elongation, is chemical-resistant, and serves as a surface protector for printer beds.

9200FR is a toughened, flame retardant, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through.

9200 is a toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration-resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through. For a flame retardant version, use 9200FR.

8329TFF is a 2-part, flame retardant, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with a 5-minute working time. It is an off white, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermal glue is often used to bond heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs and other electronics components. This product has a very short working time. For a longer working time, use 8349TFM or 8329TFS.

8329TFM is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy adhesive. It is dark gray, smooth, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs, and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips, and automatic dispensing systems. For a faster working life, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TFS.

8329TCM is a 2-part thermally conductive epoxy adhesive. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This adhesive is most often used as heatsink glue, attaching heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs, or other heat generating electronics components. This compound has been formulated for high thermal conductivity. It is highly viscous and must be mixed by hand prior to application. For a lower viscosity use 8349TFM. For a shorter working time, use 8349TFM. For a longer working time, use 8329TCS.

RTV103 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. RTV102, RTV103, RTV106, RTV108, RTV109, RTV112, RTV116 and RTV118 one-component, ready-to-use adhesive sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Acetic acid vapors are released from the sealant surface as a by-product of cure. Since all these sealants utilize a moisture cure system, they must not be used in thicknesses of greater than 6mm (1/4 in.). 9310 is a 1-part, fast curing, electrically insulative epoxy adhesive. It is a smooth, thixotropic paste that stays in place without tailing when dispensed. This surface mount adhesive is specially designed for die attach applications in electronics assembly operations. It can be readily used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes. It can also be used as a general-purpose adhesive for household, industrial and manufacturing applications. It has an unlimited working life at room temperature and does not require mixing or frozen storage.

It is also flame retardant and meets the UL 94V-0 standard. For a 1 mL quantity, a minimal service cure can be achieved in 15 minutes at room temperature, and a full cure in 4 hours. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips and automatic dispensing systems. 8329TCF has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity with a high viscosity. For a lower viscosity, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TCM or 8329TCS.

8329TCS is a 2-part, heat-cure, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with a 4-hour working time. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermal adhesive is used to glue heat sinks to LEDs, CPUs and other heat-generating components. 8329TCS has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity. SS4120 - Primer SS4120 is a primer that is formulated for use with Momentive Performance Materials RTV silicone rubber adhesive sealants. Momentive Performance Materials one-component products offer primerless adhesion to many substrates. Primers are used to help promote adhesion to difficult-to-bond substrates. For most Momentive Performance Materials two-component products, a primer is required when an adhesive bond is needed between the silicone rubber compound and a non-silicone surface. All primers are one-component products requiring no mixing and are supplied ready-to-use as easily pourable solvent solutions. SS4120 primer helps promote adhesion of Momentive Performance Materials addition cure RTVs and is used where clarity is needed.

The 4353 Thinner 3 is a moderate speed drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s conformal coating products. The thinner promotes good flow properties and suppresses blushing.

The 433C d-Limonene is an industrial grade solvent. It is a biodegradable product with a pleasant odor.

8463 is a silver-filled electrically conductive grease. It greatly improves electrical and thermal connections under screw-type pressure. It lubricates, reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, inhibits corrosion, and prevents static build-up. Use 8463 when you want a lubricating grease that provides superior electrical contact and environmental protection. It is excellent for ground connections, rotating connections, rotary switches, variable capacitors, roller inductors, roller bearings, slip rings, slide connectors and potentiometers.

SS4155 Ready to use, silicone primer for use with one and two part room temperature or heat cured RTV silicone compounds to bind to metals, ceramics, some rigid plastics and wood. Blue color makes easy visual determination of uniform coating.

The 4352 Thinner 2 is a moderately fast drying thinner for use with MG Chemical’s conformal products. It is compatible with film forming paint products with acrylic, alkyd, cellulose acetate butyrate, epoxy, nitrocellulose, or polyester resins. Together with these type of resin systems, the 4352 thinner promotes good flow properties and suppresses blushing.

The 4354 Thinner 4 is a slower drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s urethane and acrylic conformal products. The thinner as excellent solvent strength, making it a good oil and grease remover. It has very low water solubility, so it is unlikely to absorb water and create blush. Its drying speed is slow enough to promote excellent leveling, but it is fast enough to accommodate a reasonable assembly line speed.

The 434 Acetone is an ACS grade, super-fast drying, VOC-exempt, zero-residue solvent. The fast evaporation rate of the 434 makes it a good thinner choice for spray application that require quicker drying times.

8461 is a general-purpose lithium grease with a smooth, buttery texture. It is a corrosion-resistant lubricant for metal-to-metal, metal-to-plastic, and plastic-to-plastic applications. 8461 is useful for lubricating 3D printer mechanisms, gears, spindles, hinges, latches, tracks, pulleys, cables, machinery, tools, and equipment.
