MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 CC1120-05LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that offers light scattering, high light transmission, and good flow. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/901 WT1260-20 is a polystyrene base polymer with impact-easy release (demolding) properties, designed for injection molding grade applications. It is suitable for use in the Automotive, electrical and electronic, and building and construction market segments, to make injection molded parts such as bezels and housings. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4925/500 MR25 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 25% talcum filler/additive system that is heat-stabilized, easy to release (demold), and processing-stabilized. This material is suitable for injection molding at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C and is used in the market segments of furniture, building and construction, and automotive for injection molded parts and interior decoration/finishing. Typical applications include functional components, housings, and fixing elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PBT A 1000/106 is a polybutylene terephthalate base polymer that is heat stabilized and has easy release (demolding) properties. It is used in various market segments for injection molded parts. For injection molding, melt temperature should be between 250-270°C and mold temperature should be between 40-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/10 GY1464-04MCF is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a gray, metallic color. It features flow line optimization, low tendency to produce flow lines, slip agent, and heat stabilization. This product is suitable for applications such as household items and housings, and can be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and mold temperature 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A65I 2GP0050 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with good recovery, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for use in injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners & connectors, and 2K components. It can be adhered to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general. It has excellent durability and performance.

WIC PP 15 BKD is a polypropylene-based polymer with 15% carbon fiber filler and a deep black color. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 210-260°C and a mold temperature of 30-60°C. It has heat aging stabilization and is suitable for use in the automotive and sport market segments. Under certain conditions, the increased thermal conductivity should be considered.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/159 GF20 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer reinforced with 20% glass fibers. It is chemically coupled and offers high stiffness and high toughness. This material is suitable for use in automotive, building and construction, and other markets. It can be used for engine and drive systems, transport systems, and various injection molded parts such as housings and operating elements. To ensure peak performance, store it in a dry place, away from light, and not above 30°C.

It is suitable for automotive, lighting, and light transparent components applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/506 is a high heat and processing stabilized acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer injection molding grade suitable for various market segments, such as domestic appliances and injection molded parts. The pre-drying conditions require 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours and 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. The melt temperature during injection molding should be between 200-240°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C. The product should also be protected from light in an environment not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® ABS 530/29 HM-AG is a Pre-Drying Conditions Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a filler/additive system of hygienic material and light stabilizer, in white, similar to RAL 9003, gray, similar to RAL 7004, similar to RAL 7015, and similar to RAL 7043, with special features of antibacterial acc. to ISO 22196. It is marketed in segments such as packaging, personal care, household goods, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure, with application areas such as injection molded parts, and typical applications including sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, handles, and fittings.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LDDC PC 1000 UV 17187 BK1192-17 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system, UV stabilized, that is translucent, light scattering and high light diffusion. It is used in automotive and lighting applications, primarily for light transparent components, Black Panel-Technology and typical applications such as display elements and operating elements.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9113-2 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide injection molding grade with a filler/additive system of 60% glass fibers. It has a high stiffness and is suitable for use in the Automotive and Machinery markets. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content. Processing Injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature greater than 140°C. It is recommended to protect from light and store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PA6 1000 SB1038-21 is a pre-dried polyamide 6 with a hygienic filler/additive system, colored black, with antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It is designed for automotive, personal care, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications, and is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. Typical applications include sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, housings, handles, fittings, and clothing/fasteners.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS FC 1000/106 BK1280-05 is a pre-dried Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with easy flow, processing stabilized and injection molding grade features. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/6 UV GY1380-05MCO is a gray, metallic, flow line optimized, and UV stabilized polypropylene homopolymer. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC+ASA 1000/506 is a polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate Blend that has been processing stabilized and contains recycled material. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications such as sockets, plugs/connectors, and various others. Pre-drying conditions should be followed as in an air circulating dryer at 100-110°C for 3-6 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-110°C for 2-4 hours. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 250-290°C, and the mold temperature should be 60-100°C. This product should be stored in a cool, dark place to protect it from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/2566 PTFE20 is a polycarbonate-based polymer with a 20% PTFE filler/additive system that provides improved sliding/wear performance. It is mainly used for functional components in the automotive and machinery market segments. For pre-drying, the recommended conditions are 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 h, or in an air circulating dryer between 100-120°C for 4-12 h, depending on the moisture content. It contains 40% glass fibers and is chemically coupled, UV stabilized, easy release (demolding), slip agent and heat stabilized.
