It is suitable for electrical and electronic, lighting applications such as light guides, lamps, sockets, and various other applications. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV WT1081-08LD2 is a polycarbonate base polymer filled with a special filler, stabilized with UV protection, and featuring special characteristics such as being translucent, light scattering, highly diffusing light, and having good flow. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB ABS 1000 15018 WT1029-15 is a pre-dried acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer containing a special filler, designed for highly reflective and opaque automotive and lighting components such as light guides and reflectors. It should be processed with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® CP FC 400.01-08 is a base polymer composed of cellulose acetate propionate containing 8% phthalate-free plasticiser. It is suitable for injection molding parts, food contact and typical applications such as toothbrushes. Pre-drying conditions should be in an air circulating dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing should be injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-230°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. To ensure quality, keep it dry and protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2030/116.01 GF30 is an impact-modified and processing-stabilized polyamide 66 resin with 30% glass fibers and recycled material. It is suitable for applications such as oil pump parts, housings, and automotive trim unpainted, cooling systems, chassis, steering, and impact protection/shock absorbers. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 280-300°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-120°C. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® SAN A 1000/587.01 is a Styrene/Acrylonitrile/Copolymer that has improved stress cracking resistance, good chemical resistance, high stiffness, high surface gloss, easy release (demolding), and good flow. It is suitable for various applications and should be stored dry and protected from light at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. The recommended processing injection molding temperature range is 210-260°C for the melt and 40-80°C for the mold.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/907 is an acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer base polymer with high surface quality, easy flow, and injection molding grade. It has excellent light transmission properties, dependent on wall thickness, as well as light scattering and easy flow capabilities. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 1000/517.01 IM is a heat-stabilized, easy-release, and easy-flow polyamide 66 that is adhesion-modified to PVC. It is commonly used in applications such as plugs/connectors, housings, and various automotive powertrain parts in the automotive, electrical, and electronic market segments. For injection molding, the melt temperature should range between 270-290°C and the mold temperature between 40-80°C. The product should be stored in the dark and kept at no more than 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2040/652 GF 40 UV CP is a Polypropylene Homopolymer pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. It is processed using Injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It contains 40% glass fibers and is chemically coupled, UV stabilized, easy release (demolding), slip agent and heat stabilized. These features make it suitable for machinery, building and construction, and it is typically used for injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners and gardening tools.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 1000/249 FR is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a flame retardant filler/additive system that includes a metal deactivator (stabilizer), easy flow, and easy release (demolding). It is suitable for injection molded parts, electrical components, housings, functional components, and fixing elements in the building and construction, as well as electrical and electronic market segments.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV WT1401-06LD is a UV-stabilized, translucent, light-scattering and high-light-diffusion polycarbonate-based filler/additive system suitable for use in the automotive and lighting markets for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. It is approved under GS93016 and can be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® WP POM 5020 TF 18029 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer containing 20% PTFE/Aramid, with improved sliding/wear features. It is suitable for functional components, bearings, and sliding elements in the Automotive and Machinery markets. For processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 190-230°C and a mold temperature of 60-120°C should be used.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 2020/500 is a heat-stabilized, injection-molding grade polycarbonate with 20% glass fibers. It should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures of 100-120°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at temperatures of 100-120°C for 4-12 hours, depending on the moisture content (which should not exceed 0.02%). The melt temperature for injection-molding should be between 310-330°C, with a mold temperature of 80-130°C.
