MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 2025/509 GF25 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with 25% glass fiber filler/additive system that is heat stabilized and provides easy release (demolding) and easy flow characteristics. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. Typical applications include housings and various other applications. The material should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment with a temperature not exceeding 30°C. No additional moisture should be added to the material; otherwise, it can cause damage to the material.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 4230/100 GF10 MR20 is a heat-stabilized polyamide 6 blend with 10% glass fibers and 20% mineral. Pre-drying is recommended at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO D40 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate polymer (PP+EPDM) in black color with polymer recyclate special features, suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.10%. Processing extrusion requires a melt temperature of 190-230°C and an indie temperature of 190-220°C.

MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 5111-10 is a polymeric material with a base polymer of Cellulose Acetate Butyrate and a filler-additive system of phthalate-free plasticiser. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 631-12,5 is a cellulose acetate butyrate polymer with a phthalate-free plasticiser system of 12-13%, a light stabilizer, and added features of high toughness, high surface quality, high surface gloss, good haptics, and good weathering resistance. MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® CP 400-17 is a base polymer of cellulose acetate propionate with a filler/additive system of 17% phthalate-free plasticiser. For pre-drying conditions, it should be placed in an air circulating dryer for 2-4 hours at a temperature of 50-80°C, depending on the moisture content which should not exceed 0.15%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be set between 180-230°C and the mold temperature should be set between 40-80°C. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PP-B 4920/570 MR 20 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer containing 20% talcum, slip agent, easy release (demolding), and heat stabilized with special features containing recycled material. It is suitable for the machinery market segment and typical applications such as air ducts, housing, and unpainted automotive trim parts for various injection molding.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 2015/506 GF15 is a copolymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene with 15% glass fibers as a filler/additive system. It is an injection molding grade with processing stabilization, suitable for various injection molded parts. Before processing, the material should be pre-dried to a maximum moisture content of <0,20%. Pre-drying conditions involve 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, depending on moisture content. For injection molding, melt temperature should be between 220-260°C and mold temperature should be between 50-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/1 MR40 WT1034-05LB is a polypropylene homopolymer pre-dried using a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or an air circulating dryer at 80-100°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%. It features 40% special filler, providing a highly reflective, opaque material. It is commonly used for light guides, reflectors, and light blocking components in the automotive and lighting markets. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PP-B 2030/W100.05 BK0002 is a polypropylene block copolymer with 30% glass fiber for automotive and various market segments. It has pre-drying conditions of 80-100°C in an air circulating dryer for 2-4h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. Processing conditions include injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-60°C. This product has a black color and is processing stabilized.

It is an easy flow, injection molding grade laser etchable (dark etching) polymer suitable for various electrical and electronic applications such as domestic appliances and various injection molded parts. For optimal processing conditions, it should be processed with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. Cooling time should also be considered for proper molding of the parts.
