MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/578 UV is a UV stabilized polycarbonate base polymer suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and mold temperature of 80-110°C. It is designed to withstand exposure to sunlight and other weather conditions without any loss of performance, making it ideal for outdoor applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 4015/120 MR15 IM is a Polyamide 66-based polymer with 15% talcum filler/additive system, impact modified and heat stabilized for easy release (demolding), suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It is primarily used in automotive applications such as wheel trims and parts.

MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® CP 300-13 is a pre-drying condition polymer made of cellulose acetate propionate and 13% phthalate-free plasticiser. It is typically used for various applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 180-230°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.15%.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 3030/500 GB30 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer containing 30% glass beads that has been specially processed for heat and injection molding stability and easy release (demolding). It is used in the automotive, building and construction industries for injection molded parts and interior decoration/finishing, such as housings, fixing elements and functional components. To ensure optimal performance, this product should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/121 UV IM should be pre-dried under conditions of 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. For processing through injection molding, the melt temperature should be set between 270-310°C, and the mold temperature between 80-110°C. The base polymer is polycarbonate, and the filler/additive system is UV stabilized and impact modified. Typical applications are varied, and the product should be handled with care to avoid damage.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® POM 770/1 GF20 PTFE15 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer containing 20% glass fibers and 15% PTFE. It has improved sliding/wear and heat-stabilized properties, making it suitable for automotive and machinery applications such as gear wheels, roller bearings, and functional components, bearings, and sliding elements. Processing for injection molding is at a melt temperature of 190-230°C and a mold temperature of 60-120°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PC+ABS 1000 19037 RD1036-19 is an injection molding grade polymer blend of polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene that is highly reflective and opaque. It is used in automotive, electrical and electronic, and lighting market segments for applications such as light guides and reflectors. During processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 250-280°C and mold temperature of 70-100°C should be maintained. After processing, the material should be stored in a dark environment to protect it from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A80I 4FC0010 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) suitable for pre-drying conditions in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at a temperature of 70-80°C for 2-4 hours. It has good colorability, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance, as well as easy flow. It is compliant with EN 71-3, making it suitable for food contact, and is suitable for the packaging, household goods, food processing industry, toys, and injection molded parts, such as seals, sealing lip, handles, soft touch elements, protection caps, caps / closures, containers, kitchen ware, and 2K components.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A30I 4GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with a natural color and bright inherent color. It is widely used in the automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, sport and leisure, and furniture markets for injection molded parts such as seals, sealing lip, handles, racking/shelving, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorber, protection caps, thin walled parts, profile, cable ducts, and 2K components. Furthermore, it has good adhesion to Polypropylene Homopolymer, Polypropylene Copolymer, polyethylene, Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), Thermoplastic Olefin Elastomer, and Thermoplastic Elastomer general.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 1000/100 DS is a polypropylene homopolymer suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. Additionally, this product contains an antioxidant, lubricant, detergent solution stabilizer, high heat stabilizer, and slip agent which allows for easy release (demolding) and good hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for various market segments, machinery, and application areas such as injection molded parts. This product should be stored in a dry place, protected from light, and at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
