MPI Chemie LS-1198 is a photo-stabilizer developed specifically for wood pre-treatments. It is highly effective for the color stabilization of natural and tinted or stained wood and for the durability improvement of wood substrates coated with clear and transparent pigmented finishes.

MPI Chemie UV-81 (531) is an ultraviolet light absorber (UVA) of the benzophenone class, imparting good light stability when used in combination with a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It shows good compatibility with polyolefins and plasticized PVC. UV-81 significantly improves the resistance of clear coatings to failures upon exposure to sunlight such as discoloration, cracking, loss of gloss and loss of adhesion.

MPI Chemie UV-1577 is an ultraviolet light absorber (UVA) of the hydroxyphenyl triazine class exhibiting very low volatility and good compatibility with a variety of polymers, co-additives and resin compositions. UV-1577 allows polycarbonates and polyesters to achieve a higher resistance to weathering than conventional benzotriazole UV absorbers.
