- GACP :
The product must be manufactured by the standards of the EMEA-GACP 2006 (Good Agricultural and Collection Practice).
- Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) :
As per legislation (EC) No. 1829/2003 and (CG) No. 1830/2003, this product must not be genetically modified nor produced using genetically modified organisms and suege sludge.
- Nanomaterials :
The Supplier guarantees that the delivered raw material will be manufactured without the use of nanotechnological methods.
Packaging & Availability
- Packaging Specification
All components of the packaging must meet the requirements of regulation EC No. 1335/2004 and directive 2002/72/EC. May not contain MOSH and MOAH. Packaging must be clean, tidy and properly closed.

- Storage Protection
All goods must be free of living and dead insects or other pests. Irradiation with ionizing radiation is conform to No. 1991/2/EC prohibited. Products explicitly may not be fumigated with Ethylene oxide nor Bromomethane. Storage protection may only be perfomed with EU approved treatments.
