CERETAN® MXF 9510 D is a spherical, micronized functional blend, coated with PTFE. This product have applications in Paints and coatings and Printing Inks.CERETAN ® micronized waxes are predominantly produced using our highly advanced spraying technology leading to spherical particles. The spherical shape and the particles’ even surface help the dispersing process, reduce wax usage as well as dust formation. We guarantee D99 values to minimize oversized particles in your formulation.

Features & Benefits

Properties
  • Excellent scratch and abrasion resistance
  • Very good antiblocking
  • Good gloss and slip properties
  • Minimized dust properties compared to milled waxes
Advantages
  • The PTFE is homogeneously distributed on the surface of the wax • Specified maximum particle size (D99 value), narrow and uniform particle size distribution
  • PTFE concentration is reduced considerably by using „MXF“, which results in cost savings and quality improvements
  • Easy to disperse because of spherical particle shape

Applications & Uses

Compatible Substrates & Surfaces
Applications
  • Printing inks, especially sheetfed inks, flexo- and gravure inks
  • Paints and coatings, e.g. powder-, can-, coil-, auto-, industrial-, furniture- and parquet coatings
