- Properties and Applications
METOLAT 340 is a low foaming non-ionic wetting agent for water-based systems. It improves substrate wetting and leveling by reduction of surface tension.
Dynamic surface tensions: 1 % at 1 Hz: 21 mN/m, 1 % at 10 Hz: 34 mN/m
- Recommended Levels and Use
METOLAT 340 is universally suitable for all common substrates. Normally a dosage of 0.1 to 2 % on finished product is sufficient. Ladder studies are recommended to determine the optimum level.
