TAFIGEL PUR 80 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 80 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 80 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems. TAFIGEL PUR 80 is recommended for use in following systems: Interior and exterior paints, latex paints, anticorrosive paints, adhesives, and printing inks.

AGITAN 282 has a wide formulation lattitude due to its ease of emulsification. Therefore it is especially suitable for clear coats, non-pigmented systems, low viscous systems and emulsion manufacturing.

OMBRELUB 730 is a stable emulsion of fatty derivates. It is easily miscible with water at all ratios. In emulsion based plasters OMBRELUB 730 leads to a prolongation of open-time and a reduction of cracks. Processing properties are improved.

MÜNZING’s METOLAT 700 series are APEO-free wetting agents with excellent equilibrium and dynamic surface tension reduction for a wide range of coating and ink applications. The METOLAT 700 wetting agent product range has varying HLBs specifically designed to provide optimal performance based on the customer’s system chemistry and application requirements.

CERETAN® MX 9815 is a Spherical, micronized Polyolefin wax. This Product can be used as a very good scratch- and abrasion resistance, improved gloss, less dusty compared to milled waxes, very good dispersing properties and -compatibility.

CERETAN® MXF 2999 is a Spherical, micronized functional blend, coated with PTFE. This Product provides controlled textures, excellent scratch and abrasion resistance as well as lubricating properties, improved heat resistance and solvent resistance.

AGITAN 218 is a defoamer for all common emulsion systems.

EDAPLAN LA 403 is suitable for all aqueous coating and printing ink systems. The polymer is compatible with all common resin systems.

TAFIGEL PUR 54 is a low viscous, solvent-free associative thickener which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 54 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further technology thickeners.TAFIGEL PUR 54 is recommended for use in following systems: Interior and exterior paints, latex paints, anti-corrosive paints, emulsion plasters, adhesives, putties and printing inks. TAFIGEL PUR 54 is suitable for indirect food contact applications.

EDAPLAN LA 452 reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems without increasing the foam formation. Thus substrate wetting, leveling and gloss are improved. EDAPLAN LA 452 is free of silicone and has no adverse effects on recoatability. This additive is compatible with all common resin systems.

AGITAN P 803 is recommended for application in dry blends which are dissolved in water before application. The addition of AGITAN P 803 results in low foaming solutions, specifically aqueous pastes or masses with very low air content. In some mortar systems AGITAN P 803 shows a plastisizing effect, meaning the spreading value is increased. This is ideal for jointless flooring compounds.

METOLAT® P 590 is an APEO free wetting agent in powder form. It is added to dry blends, which are dissolved in water before application. The addition of METOLAT® P 590 results in an accelerated wetting of all solid particles, including sand, cement and fibers. This results in a more homogeneous mixture of the mass and a more uniform aspect of the surface after drying. In pigmented systems METOLAT® P 590 leads to a faster wetting of the pigment surface and prevents reagglomeration.

AGITAN 701 is particularly well suited for water reducible systems. It is also recommended for aqueous emulsion systems, architectural coatings, emulsion plasters, building materials, industrial and wood coatings, printing inks and adhesives.

AGITAN 731 is a highly effective siloxane defoamer for aqueous emulsion and water reducible systems. It is particularly effective in aqueous printing inks. A non-ionic structure provides excellent compatibility with most common binders.

OMBRELUB RA shows a releasing effect in strippable coatings and protection varnishes based on emulsion polymers. At the same time it plastifies the coating without migration effects. Aqueous coatings which are formulated with OMBRELUB RA can be removed from all common substrates whether it be metal, glass or plastic without any problem. The release effect maintains also during storage at elevated temperature. As OMBRELUB RA is nearly colorless it can be perfectly used in clear coats and white lacquers.

LUBA-print® WX 9825 is a water based solvent and non ionic emulsifier-system and Wax dispersion / Wachsdispersion.It is also used as aqueous lacquers and paints, aqueous flexo- and gravure printing inks to improve antiblocking, scratch- and rub resistance.

AGITAN 156 is a polysiloxane emulsion with excellent stability and defoaming persistency. The defoamer is miscible with water in all ratios. AGITAN 156 can be used in pigmented and non-pigmented water based systems. AGITAN 156 is especially designed for the use in water based wood coatings, particularly airless, airmix and HVLP applied coatings and parquet lacquers.

Due to its specific composition METOLAT 285 can be either used as wetting agent or as defoamer. In aqueous, alkaline systems METOLAT 285 is used as wetting agent. It also improves substrate wetting and penetration of coatings into wood. METOLAT 285 is also an oil free and particle free defoamer for solving special foam problems.

TAFIGEL AP 15 is a synthetic thickener designed for universal use in low to high PVC systems. In comparison to common HASE thickeners it shows a stronger associative thickening character.
