Since Provian NDV is produced from naturally fermented vinegar that is compliant to the relevant legislations, Provian NDV can be labeled as Dry Vinegar, Neutralized Vinegar or Buffered Vinegar. Provian NDV can be used in meat and poultry products labeled with a natural claim.

Provian K is the latest development in the Provian® family and it is a unique, no-sodium meat preservative based on the functional composition of potassium acetate and potassium diacetate. Provian K is specially designed to preserve meat products with low sodium content. The production of low sodium meat products is being forced by various task forces worldwide due to the proven linkage of sodium with increased blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases. In line with those sodium reduction products, Provian K can help meat manufacturers to produce safe meat products with lower sodium content.

Provian D is supplied as a co-spray, dried, free-flowing powder based on the combination of 3 organic salts: sodium acetate, sodium lactate, and sodium diacetate. Its dry form makes it easy to handle, convenient to store and more cost-effective than liquid alternatives. It offers superior performance in extending shelf life and enhancing food safety.

Provian A is the standard meat preservative of the Provian family. It is a unique, co-spray, dried product based on two organic salts; sodium acetate and sodium lactate. It is delivered as a free-flowing powder, making it easy to handle, convenient to store and more cost-effective than liquid alternatives. It offers superior performance in extending shelf life and enhancing food safety.

Provian P is supplied as a free-flowing powder consisting of sodium propionate and sodium acetate.
