NEOSEED NR-8800 is a PFC-free water repellent which gives good durable water repellency to fabric with softness and least impact on chalk mark, shade change and seam slippage. It is suitable especially for single layer and thin fabric. Here, PFC stands for perfluorinated chemical, which exerts high durable water repellency on various fabri cs, however, being phased out from textile market due to its high bioaccumulation feature to the environment and human body.

Optimum usage amount: It depends on the material, construction, weight and machine, a standard usage is as follows.

  • NEOSEED NR- 8800 4 to 8 %soln. by pad application= Wet pick up 50 8 0%

Recommended recipe: Synthetic fiber (Machine : Mangle)

  • NEOSEED NR- 8800 - 5 %
  • NK ASSIST FU or NY 50 - 0.5 %
  • TEXPORT BG2 or BG 29 - 0.1%soln.
  • Adjust to pH 6 with acid (AcOH: 0.05g/L)
