Features & Benefits
- Product Highlights
Honey is a natural moisturizer for the skin, making it elastic and protecting its cells. It has an antibacterial and calming effect. We also offer germ-reduced honey (low bac honey) for the use in microbiologically demanding products, such as cosmetics. We have developed a thermal process for this purpose. Our sensitively balanced heating procedure effectively reduces the spores of the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. As part of our quality assurance, our laboratory checks the microbiological parameters of each and every batch.
- Production Process
This sensitively coordinated heating process effectively reduces (4D) the spores of Clostridium botulinum, which also enables the use of low-bac honey in baby food.
The microbiological values of each batch are checked by our laboratory after processing.
