Norfox® PRS is widely used as an oil soluble oil-in-water emulsifier. It can solubilize approximately an equal amount of its weight in water when used in non-aqueous systems, such as dry cleaning applications. NORFOX® PRS is also commonly used as a high active detergent, wetting agent, and emulsifier in HI&I and Agricultural products. It can also be used to create micro emulsions in print roller cleaners, graffiti removers, and other industrial specialty cleaning formulations.

Norfox® 609 is nonylphenol ethoxylate (NPE) replacement designed to replace and outperform NP-9 and other NPE replacement products in cleaning formulations. Norfox 609 is intended to be used as a direct drop-in. The fully water soluble blend was specifically formulated to match the degreasing power and surfactant properties of NP-9; such as Cloud Point, HLB, Surface Tension, and Critical Micelle Concentration. Formulators should have no difficulty replacing NP-9 in their products. With the EPA and other regulatory bodies€™ movement to limit the use of NPEs, Norfox 609 is an excellent new choice to replace the workhorse surfactant in your blend. Norfox 609 is acceptable for use in Safer Choice Products and is listed on CleanGredients.

NORSPRAY® 300
NORSPRAY 300 is the industry standard cationic emulsifier for automotive rinse-aid formulations. As the premier quaternary drying aid compound, NORSPRAY 300 provides superior beading, minimizes spotting and streaking, and adds surface protection properties. A standard rinse-aid formulation will combine NORSPRAY 300 with Glycol Ether EB and Mineral Seal Oil in water to form a powerful concentrate.

Norfox® 1115 is the potassium salt of whole coconut oil and tall oil. It provides satisfactory flash foam and lathering properties, but a greater lubrication ability when compared to Norfox® 1101.

NORFOX® NPR-1200

Norfox® NPR-1200 is a water-soluble, 95% active nonionic surfactant designed to replace NP-12 in formulations. It is compatible with other nonionic surfactants and with most anionic and cationic surfactants. The ethoxylated alcohol will mimic many of the detergency properties of the nonylphenol ethoxylates. And with an HLB of 13.6 formulators should have no difficulty replacing NP-12 in their blends. With the EPA and other regulatory bodies' movement to limit the use of NPE's, Norfox® NPR-1200 is an excellent choice to replace the workhorse surfactant in your blend.

NORFOX® NPR-400

Norfox® NPR-400 is an oil-soluble, 100% active nonionic surfactant designed to replace NP-4 in formulations. It is compatible with other nonionic surfactants and with most anionic and cationic surfactants. The ethoxylated alcohol will mimic many of the detergency properties of the nonylphenol ethoxylates. And with an HLB of 9.0 formulators should have no difficulty replacing NP-4 (8.9) in their blends. With the EPA and other regulatory bodies' movement to limit the use of NPE's, Norfox® NPR-400 is an excellent choice to replace the workhorse surfactant in your blend.

NORFOX® PE-600
Norfox® PE-600 is the complex phosphate ester of ethoxylated alcohols. The anionic surfactant is soluble in water and mineral oil. Norfox® PE-600 shows exceptional stability in alkaline systems and is often used as a coupling agent for nonionic surfactants in alkaline cleaners. It is also used as a wetting agent and hard surface detergent in textile and HI&I applications.

NORFOX® CDP
Norfox® CDP is Cocamide DIPA from whole Coconut Oil. This fully liquid, DEA-free amide has emerged as one of the most exciting and successful replacements of the DEA/MEA amides. Norfox® CDP performs like traditional alkanolamide surfactants with tremendous foam boosting, wetting, detergency, foam stabilization, and viscosity control.

NORFOX® NPR-600

Norfox® NPR-600 is a water-soluble, 90% active nonionic surfactant designed to replace NP-6 in formulations. It is compatible with other nonionic surfactants and with most anionic and cationic surfactants. The ethoxylated alcohol will mimic many of the detergency properties of the nonylphenol ethoxylates. And with an HLB of 10.8 formulators should have no difficulty replacing NP-6 (HLB 10.9) in their blends. With the EPA and other regulatory bodies' movement to limit the use of NPE's, Norfox® NPR-600 is an excellent choice to replace the workhorse surfactant in your blend.
