Novaguard EHG is a versatile and multifunctional additive, as well as a very effective active component in deodorants. It has an inhibiting effect on the growth of odor causing bacteria while not affecting the skin. It increases the antimicrobial efficacy of typically used preservatives like phenoxyethanol, pentylene glycol, caprylyl glycol, isothiazolinones and parabens.
