About Us

Founded in 1979*, Pacur is an ISO 9001 certified custom sheet extruder located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, which specializes in the extrusion of light and heavy gage polyester, copolyester and polypropylene resins for a variety of applications. Sheet is extruded from various polyester and copolyester resins. In addition, Pacur extrudes a variety of homopolymer and copolymer polypropylenes. We are dedicated to the extrusion of these resins because of their unique blend of properties. We will continuously improve the control over our processes to ensure that the quality, delivery, and service requirements of our customers are met and/or exceeded. We will accomplish this by applying the concepts described as our Quality Principles.

Pacur® PETG DTC Sheet

Pacur® PETG DTC copolyester sheet is designed for use in cost effective ESD safe packaging and “one way” shipping applications. The sheet is extruded from an amorphous polyester resin and treated with a proprietary electrostatic dissipative material forming a clear, tough, chlorine/chloride-free, ESD safe packaging material.

Pacur® Medical Polypropylene 7012 is easily processed using standard thermoforming equipment. The low stress composition and consistent gage achieve high yield processing with fewer rejected parts. Pacur® PETG Copolyester Sheet is extruded from copolyester resin. It is a remarkably clear and tough material, making it ideally suited for use as a blister packaging material. It is both FDA and USDA approved for use in medical device, pharmaceutical, and food packaging applications. It will withstand ethylene oxide, gamma, electron beam, and gas plasma sterilization. Other end uses include general purpose blister packaging, graphic applications, and stationary supplies.

Pacur® APET Polyester Sheet is extruded from polyester resin. It is an exceptionally clear FDA approved material for use in food applications. In comparison to the copolyesters, it offers a better oxygen permeability barrier for packaging of oxygen sensitive products. It offers excellent resistance to many chemicals and solvents and is also an electrical insulator.

Pacur® RPETG Copolyester Sheet is extruded from a mixture of Pacur’s internally-generated PETG recyclable material and regrind (scrap) material obtained from outside sources. Material obtained from the outside sources has wide variations of quality level. This material is intended for use in “utility” non-FDA applications.

Pacur® HT Copolyester Sheet is an amorphous copolyester that combines excellent clarity and toughness with outstanding heat and chemical resistance. This new generation copolyester can be thermoformed with a wide processing window that allows for product designs that reflect intricate detail. The HT product is suitable for use with most forms of sterilization including ethylene oxide, gamma, electron beam, and gas plasma methods. It is NOT suitable for autoclave/steam sterilization. Pacur HT does not contain Bisphenol A (BPA). It is FDA and USDA approved for use in medical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging applications.
