Sugar Spheres SANAQ® are neutral pellets made of Sucrose and maize starch according to the monographies for “Sugar Spheres” – NF, Ph. Eur. and JP. The almost spherical cores are used as a neutral basis for the production of Pellets loaded with API.


SUGAR SPHERES SANAQ

Combination of two or more compendial or non-compendial excipients designed to physically modify their properties without chemical change not leading to the formation of covalent bonds. The combination and selction of ingredients is designed to maximize performance their functionality.


DiCOM SANAQ

Pellets made of Microcristalline Cellulose for retard formulations and innovative drug delivery. According to monographs of Microcrystalline Cellulose (Ph. Eur., USP-NF). DMF N° 18519 since July 15, 2005.

A homogeneous distribution of the active agend and the controlled release are two fundamental advantages of this dosage form.

Multiple dosage form mean more reliable formulations thanks to the homogeneous concentration of highly active agents. CELLETS® support this pioneering development. We can supply this innovative pellet in almost any particle size starting from 100 µm micropellets.

LubriSanaq® is a problem solver when other lubricating agents fail to provide tablets of adequate stability, hardness, content uniformity and show difficulties with disintegration and dissolution rates.LubriSanaq® is used as a lubricant in capsules and tablet formulations at 0.25 – 3.0 % w/w concentrations.

Sodium Starch Glycolate SSG SANAQ®, the sodium starch glycolate of potato starch, is a chemically modified (sodium hydroxide and chloride acid) derivative of starch.SSG SANAQ® is used as disintegrant for tablets, capsules and granules. The tablets mainly are produced by direct tableting and wet granulation.SSG SANAQ® is recommended in a concentration of 2-8% of the total weight.SSG SANAQ® is a starch derivative, which chemical and physical identities meed the latest standards of (Ph. Eur., USP-NF, BP).

TAP® – Tartaric Acid Pellets

Tartaric Acid is widely used in food products, oral, topical an paranteral pharmaceutical formulations and is generally regarded as a nontoxic and nonirritant material.

In general tartaric acid is also used:


	in beverages, confectionery, food products and pharmaceutical formulations as an acidulant
	as a sequesterring agent
	as an antioxidant synergist
	in pharmaceutical formulations with bicarbonates, as the acid component of effervescent granules, powders and tablets



Ibuprofen are spherically shaped particles consisting of 100 % Ibuprofen drug substance. Ibuprofen DC 100 is the unique directly compressible form of Ibuprofen which consists of 100 % pure drug substance with no additional excipients. Due to its shape and surface structure Ibuprofen DC 100 provides unique product characteristics offering a wide range of applications.

Microcrystalline Cellulose MCC SANAQ® S is a purified and partially depolymerized α-cellulose. High standards in the selection of the raw material and the ingredients for the production of MCC SANAQ® S and strict observation of the manufacturing guarantee a steady quality.

PVP SANAQ® is a hygroscopic, amorphous powder, which is in medicaments (especially tablets) usually used as a binder and can affect the release of the drug into the body. The crosslinked products controll the disintegration of the tablet.

Due to its amorphous structure PVP has no melting point, but a glass transition temperature, depending of the polymerisation between 110 and 180 °C.PVP SANAQ® dissolves in water and in a variety of organic solvents.
