OPTIM® R-656 is a maleic anhydride modified elastomeric resin in granular form. The grafted maleic anhydride groups on otherwise poyolefinic chains make it compatible with other mineral or polar fillers and polymers. Its high maleic anhydride content makes it suitable for compatibilization of highly filled polymer compounds. It can be processed using conventional plastics compounding equipment. Unique properties of this material provide many possibilities of extending base polymer properties, including wettablity and toughening.

OPTIPET™-213M is a chain extender that can react with the chains of recycled PET scrap and restore its original properties.

OPTIPET™ 213M

OPTIPET™ 214M is a chain extender master batch for polyamides. It reacts with recycled Nylon scrap and restores its original properties. OPTIPET™ 214M is used to give the combined effect of a reactive chain extender, as well as impact modifier for polyamide plastics. Multifunctional active material in the OPTIPET™ 214M master batch reacts with some of the polyamide endgroups of different chains. This crosslinks the smaller chains that had been formed due to degradation in the scrap during earlier use.

OPTIPETTM-213P is a chain extending oligomer for polyesters. It functions by reacting with end-groups of PET scrap and enhance properties by effectively increasing molecular weight of the reprocessed material.

OPTIPETTM 214P is a chain extending oligomer for polyamides. It functions by reacting with end-groups of scrap polyamide, such as nylon 6 &amp; nylon 66, and enhance their properties by effectively increasing molecular weight of the reprocessed material.
