Hydramax™ HMC9 is an untreated finely ground Hydrated Magnesium Calcium Carbonate used as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant in thermoplastic and elastomeric compounds.

It is very compatible in a wide range of thermoplastics and provides improvements in processing and physical/mechanical properties compared to untreated grades.
