POLYCOR® ISO BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This gel coat is formulated to meet the rigid requirements of transportation,boating and sanitary applications.

Polynt Composites’ ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats are high performance products formulated for the fiberglass industry. They are primarily formulated for marine and sanitary applications,but should be used in any application where water and chemical resistance are needed. ArmorFlex® 953 Series also have exceptional gloss and buffing characteristics. While offering these benefits,the ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities expected from Polynt Composites gel coats,such as resistance to porosity,tearing,and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; excellent patchability; and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in FRP parts made from Polynt’s ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats. ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American National Standard for plastic bathtubs,shower receptors and shower stalls,ANSI Z124.1,.2 and .3 –1995,Sec. 6.1.1. Gel coats in the 953 Series require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats are available in the same wide range of colors as other POLYCOR® gel coats. Refer to Polynt’s POLYCOR® Color Card for color selection. Standard base white ArmorFlex® is 953WJ340.

Carbamac® 43-4310 is an oil-modified polyurethane resin with good hardness and abrasion resistance balanced with fast through-dry. Manufactured in North America. All components of this product are listed on the DSL.

DISTITRON® 629 S - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,special. It is used to produce furnitures and sanitary through casting,to be used with trihydrate of alumina method.

EPOVIA OPTIMUM® KRF 1001 TAS - Bisphenol-A Epoxy Resin based vinyl ester in styrene. It is used to produce pipes and tanks through hand lay up and spray up method.

DISTITRON® 458 EN2 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce polymeric concrete through casting,mix with fillers and/or additives method.

Polynt Group SMC LS 3022 R30 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for structural parts. SMC LS 3022 R30 joint good mechanical properties and good surface. SMC LS 3022 R30 complies with BS 6920 water quality. Aquamac® 700 is a high gloss styrene acrylic latex resin optimized to obtain water and corrosion resistance at low film builds. It offers excellent inherent corrosion resistance without the use of additives, which can be further enhanced with the addition of anticorrosive pigments. POLYCOR® TOP COAT BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated top coat based on Isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This TOP COAT product is formulated to be applied to the back surface of laminates to provide a tack free surface finish. It should not be used as a gel coat. This topcoat is formulated to meet the rigid requirements of transportation,boating and sanitary applications.

Aquamac® 740 is a styrene acrylic latex polymer with good block resistance and corrosion resistance when formulated for use in industrial metal primers. This resin has high gloss capability and utility for use in direct-to-metal finishes. It retains performance properties at higher pigment volume concentrations. Manufactured in North America.

Duramac® 204-1434 is a medium oil alkyd resin that develops sharp gloss, has excellent brushing properties, and has excellent compatibility with aliphatic solvents for aerosol applications. In addition, this resin has sufficient hydroxyl functionality for baking applications where additional adhesion properties are desired. Manufactured in North America. NORSODYNE® H 44281 TA - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic. It is used to produce marine,boats through hand lay up and spray up method.

Polycor® 947 Neutral Base have been developed for the fiberglass industry where reduced burn characteristics are needed. When properly applied, 947 series gel coats will meet ul 94v-0 requirements. Sfp gel coats are formulated with a brominated polyester resin system. Federal, state or local regulations may limit their use in certain applications. Check with the appropriate governing agency. Since the flame properties of sfp gel coats in the cured state will vary depending on catalyzation, ultimate cure, and the laminating materials used, it is suggested that the user submit samples of the entire composite for testing by an independent lab. Polynt’s 947 series gel coats are designed for interior, non-water immersion service only. Because these gel coats are formulated with a brominated polyester resin, they do not have good resistance to UV and/or water attack. These gel coats are ready to use, easy to spray, sag resistant, fast curing and require only the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. Sfp's are available in many visually appealing colors. Certain custom color matching is available on request.
