Polynt Composites’ ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats are high performance products formulated for the fiberglass industry. They are primarily formulated for marine and sanitary applications,but should be used in any application where water and chemical resistance are needed. ArmorFlex® 953 Series also have exceptional gloss and buffing characteristics. While offering these benefits,the ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities expected from Polynt Composites gel coats,such as resistance to porosity,tearing,and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; excellent patchability; and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in FRP parts made from Polynt’s ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats. ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American National Standard for plastic bathtubs,shower receptors and shower stalls,ANSI Z124.1,.2 and .3 –1995,Sec. 6.1.1. Gel coats in the 953 Series require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats are available in the same wide range of colors as other POLYCOR® gel coats. Refer to Polynt’s POLYCOR® Color Card for color selection. Standard base white ArmorFlex® is 953WJ340.

ARMORCOTE® SP - Light stabilized accelerated isophthalic gel coat base with medium reactivity and superior weather resistance.

NORSODYNE® H 84233 L - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,halogenated. It is used to produce building panels,parts with high resistance to fire through hand lay up and spray up,continuous laminating method.

POLYCOR® ISO BR - Light stabilized accelerated isophthalic gel coat base with medium reactivity.It is used in general purpose applications,marine,sanitary,etc…

POLYCOR® TOOLING PA CLEAR 0200 - A pre-accelerated gel coat base on unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This product is recommended for mold manufacturing process and provide durable surfaces to withstand the repeated moldings of GRP laminates.

POLYCOR® 944 - Light stabilized accelerated isophthalic gel coat base with medium reactivity.

Norsodyne® H-370T - iso-NPG resin for hand lay up and infusion, good chemical and water resistance. It is generally used in marine applicatons.

NORSODYNE® H 44173 - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic. It is used to produce marine,boats,pipes and tanks through centrifugal casting,filament winding,hand lay up and spray up,injection molding,rtm,press and vacuum molding,pultrusion method.

STYPOL® 040-4950,040-4954,040-4956 and 040-4965 are clear MACT compliant NPG isophthalic gel coats. They have been designed for use in the manufacturing of cultured marble,onyx,and granite.

Norsodyne® 2625 - promoted and non-waxed, high cross-linked resin, high hdt, excellent chemical resistance. Main applications areas are automotive, building and construction, industrial sector, marine etc.

These gel coats are ready to use, easy to spray, sag resistant, fast curing and require only the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. Polycor® 943 gel coats are available in whites and a wide range of colors.

NORSODYNE® R 56372 TAE - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic-Neopentylic. It is used to produce relining,cipp,pipes and tanks through continuous laminating method.

EPOVIA OPTIMUM® EP KRF 1101 TA - Bisphenol-A Epoxy Resin based vinyl ester,without styrene. It is used to produce pipes and tanks through continuous laminating method.

Polynt Group BMC RF A 100/18 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application where high chemical resistance is request. Good mechanical properties and good fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF a 100/18 BMC RF a 100/18 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Polycor® 99C Colors pigmented gel coats formulated for the casting industry MACT compliant resistant to water and certain chemicals provides durability and reduced maintenance. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites, marine etc.

Polynt Group BMC A 1000/22 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for high chemical resistance applications as wash-machine or industrial equipment in contact with alkaline solution/detergent. Good mechanical properties and easy molding behavior are combined into the BMC a 1000/22. BMC a 1000/22 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Polycor® iso NPG SP - isophthalicnpg, excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, good UV resistance, good gloss retention available in a range clear or color variants. Main applications areas are agrochemical, agrobusiness, building and construction, furniture etc.

Armorflex® 944 - standard iso NPG gel coat; excellent blister resistance; resistant to certain chemicals. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine etc.

Bathcote® HF 99S Base White gel coats are high performance products formulated for the sanitary ware industry. These gel coats have lower volatile organic compounds VOC than conventional gel coats. Bathcote® HF 99S series gel coats meet the EPA national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants NESHAP : reinforced plastic composites production. Bathcote® HF 99S series gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American national standard for plastic bathtubs, shower receptors, and shower stalls, IAPMO/ANSI Z124.1.2-2005, section 6.1. This product series has received certification from the canadian standards association CSA and is eligible to bear the CSA trademark.

Polynt Group BMC 700-23 VE C is a bulk molding compound based on vinylester resin and reinforced with glass fibers. BMC 700-23 VE C joint good mechanical properties and high chemical resistance. This BMC has been developed for application where is requested anti-static protection. BMC 700-23 VE C is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

EPOVIA OPTIMUM® KRF 2000 SE - Brominated Epoxy Resin based vinyl ester in styrene. It is used as general purpose in filament winding,vacuum injection,hand lay up and spray up,pultrusion method.

Norsodyne® UPE-1679ENC - thixotropic, preaccelerated, with LSE system, good chemical, heat and water resistance. It is generally used in marine applicatons.

Polynt Group SMC 4200 R23 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for sink and tray application. SMC 4200 R23 joints good mechanical properties with stain and chemical resistance. SMC 4200 R23 has been studied to show a uniform pigmentation on the part molded. SMC 4200 R23 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Epovia Optimum® KRF-1051 - novolac epoxy vinyl ester resin, chemical and heat resistance, low color, low foaming, fast cure. Main applications areas are building and construction, chemical industry, industrial sector etc.

STYPOL® 040-4917 is a clear,acrylic modified NPG® isophthalic gel coat. STYPOL® 040-4917 has been designed for use in the manufacture of cultured marble,onyx,and granite.
