Products Techniques PT-500E Epoxy Primer is a low VOC epoxy polyamide solvent primer which conforms to MIL-P-23377 Rev. E. This coating is highly recommended for use on aluminum and plated plated or un-plated metallic surface to insure maximum protection against corrosion. PTI Epoxy Primer also insures maximum adhesion of PTI TUF/FILM coating, or any other paint or lacquer finish coats. This Primer is intended to be used for aircraft, marine, original equipment manufacturing and/or industrial applications.

Products Techniques A-A-341A Aluminum Paste is a leafing aluminum tint paste. This aluminum paste is intended for dispersion in multiple protective coating types. It is imperative that you read the dispersion instructions, below, thoroughly before using this product.

Products Techniques PT-426F Low VOC Epoxy Topcoat is a high performance, two component catalyst cure epoxy topcoat designed for exterior use on high performance aviation/aerospace, industrial, and marine applications. PT-426G Series Epoxy meets, and exceeds MIL-PRF-22750E, F & G Type I CL H GRADE B as well as BMS 10-11V Type II. This high performance coating contains no substance of know toxicity (under normal usage conditions) and provides ultimate protection. These epoxy topcoats provide a high quality finish to metal, wood, and most other materials capable of being coated and offer excellent chemical resistance properties.

Products Techniques A-A-665d Nitrocellulose Lacquer is a nitrocellulose lacquer that is packaged in an aerosol can. This lacquer is intended for use on metal or composite surfaces.

Products Techniques PT-428D Conventional Epoxy is a two component catalyst cure epoxy polyamide, which meets and exceeds MIL-C-22750D. This system cures to an extremely hard, impervious film which resists yellowing and chalking. PT-428D Tuf /Film provides the ultimate protection and appearance to metal, wood and most other materials capable of being coated. This is a non-conductive, dielectric coating.

Products Techniques A-A-2786 Chromate Free Primer is a general purpose, rust inhibiting, alkyd primer. It is intended for use over metals that are bare, scuffed, sanded, lightly rusted, abrasive blasted and previously painted surfaces and shows excellent anti corrosion properties. The primer chemically etches into the surface to provide exceptional adhesion and durability. Although this primer is intended for metals, it may be applied to wood, composite and concrete surfaces.

Products Techniques PT-402 Acid Etching Primer is a polyvinyl butyral zinc chromate formulation that may be used to prime all plain or plated metallic surfaces. Priming surfaces with PT-402 Acid Etching Primer prior to priming with epoxy primer MIL-PRF-23377 or by itself will ensure maximum adhesion and protection of all bake or air-dry finish coats (including lacquer finish coats). The finely ground emulsions of zinc chromate pigments, resins and phosphoric acid hardeners are virtually non-settling. Once applied, the Acid Etching Primer requires no sanding and has a pot life of 8 hours. Extreme humidity can affect the bonding of the coating.

Products Techniques PTW-150 Waterborne Lacquer Topcoat is a high performance, single component topcoat designed for interior or exterior use on high performance general aviation, business jet, and commercial aircraft. PTW-150 meets and exceeds MIL-PRF81352C TYI is an excellent coating to apply over both metal and composite substrates. This product is available in bulk and aerosol cans.
