PUREMALT KD4 is a spray dried extract of kilned malt. A hot water extract of kiln dried malted barley (Hordeum vulgare).


Character: Sweet, malty flavor

Color: Pale golden color.

Scent: Characteristically malty


Concentrated by vacuum evaporation and spray dried under contract with the addition of a maltodextrin carrier.


The product is manufactured according to the standards specified by the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
