Applications
  • RIANOX® DLTP decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides, formed by auto-oxidation of polymers. It is quite often used as a synergist in combination with phenolic antioxidants. It is mainly used in polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS. RIANOX® DLTP has been approved for use in some food packaging applications.
  • RIANOX® DLTP used in combination with a primary phenolic antioxidant provides general purpose heat stabilization. With the highest compatibility and lowest melting point of common thio synergists, it is most easily incorporated into the final product.
  • It is most widely used in combination with RIANOX® 1035 for peroxide cross-linked power cables.
  • The recommended dosage of RIANOX® DLTP is 0.05-0.5%, the exact addition should be determined in trails.
