MICROCEL

PEARLITOL® Flash Co-processed mannitol starch provides excipient functional properties of filler/binder as well as some disintegrant benefit to your orally dispersable tablets. PEARLITOL® Flash offers excellent chemical inertness, consistent rapid disintegration whatever the compression force making tablet formulation surprisingly simple. It is a compound of mannitol and starch adapted to direct compression formulation. PEARLITOL® Flash can be used in various oral dosage forms in both pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications including fast disintegrating tablets and orally dispersible tablets.

Disintegration performance is obtained through the wicking and swelling capacity of SOLUTAB® that can be maximized via the selection of its origin (wood or cotton). Three grades are available to help you optimize your product selection. It is flexible as it is adapted to wet and dry granulation or direct compression processes.
