"Novoprot GmbH is a traditional company with regional roots and more than 100 employees in south-eastern Bavaria. The former ROVITA - founded in 1956 in Wiesmühl as a potato flaking factory - has been part of our company since 2018. The location gained notoriety through the production of roller-dried caseinates, the production of lactose and other milk solids. In order to maintain and expand our competitive advantage in the long term, Novoprot has developed into an innovative specialty producer in recent years. In addition to milk, we process a wide variety of animal and vegetable raw materials and today, for example, use fermentative processes to be able to offer solutions for taste and technology. Novoprot GmbH is represented worldwide and looks after international customers in the areas of meat and baked goods, convenience products, dairy products, sports and pet food. The company is certified according to the GFSI standard IFS Food 6.1 and the energy standard ISO 50001."
