THERMODAN

THERMODAN® CP 0110-108 NT is a natural, UV resistant, Lead-free, RoHS compliant, Thermoplastic CPE compound. It is designed for use in a wide variety of jacketing applications including wire and cable and tube bundles. This compound has superior fire performance; including slow flame propagation, and self-extinguishing characteristics. THERMODAN® CP 0110-108 NT should be extruded with a screw configuration designed to optimize process conditions and throughput. This extrusion compound meets, or exceeds, several industry jacketing specifications, including UL 1277 tray cable. THERMODAN® CP 0110-108 NT has been designed to be optionally cross-linked by e-beam irradiation in order to further toughen the material and provide for a thermoset CPE compound. THERMODAN® HF TP519C has been developed specially to offer good processability, very fast extrusion process with very low die drool.

THERMODAN® HF TP521BU has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP521 have passed the 3m3 smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.

THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 BK is a black, non-halogen thermoplastic wire and cable compound. It is designed for use in a wide variety of jacketing applications. This compound has superior fire performance; including slow flame propagation, self-extinguishing characteristics, and low smoke production. It is suitable for use as a jacket compound for cables recognized under UL 1277 tray cables and can pass flame retardant requirements set forth under UL 1685, IEEE 1202 and FT-4. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 BK is recognized under UL 2885 as being halogen free. It is UV resistant and RoHS compliant.

SACO AEI Polymers THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 NT is a flame retardant non-halogen thermoplastic wire and cable compound. It is designed for use in a variety of jacketing applications. This compound has superior fire performance including slow flame propagation, low smoke production and low smoke corrosivity. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212NT can be used as a jacket compound on cables recognized under UL 1277 tray cables and can pass flame retardant requirements set forth under UL 1685, IEEE 1202 and FT-4. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 NT is recognized under UL 2885 as being halogen free. It is natural in color and UV resistant.

THERMODAN® HF TP521 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP521 have passed the 3m3 smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.

THERMODAN® HF TP 543C has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655- 6.1 for types LTS1, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 and HD 604 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP543C have complied with IEC 60332, part 22, 23 & 24 – 1 and 3 fire tests.

THERMODAN® HF TP521NU has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP521 have passed the 3m3 smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.

THERMODAN® HF TP812 has been developed specially to offer good processability, fast extrusion process with very low die drool. TP812 is capable of meeting the flame retardant requirements of UL 1666, UL 1685, IEEE 1202, FT-4 in specific fiber optic constructions. It is also recognized as halogen free under UL 2885. It can be extruded using PVC extruders and screws. It possesses excellent tensile and flame retardant properties and meets the requirements of limited toxic and corrosive fume emission

THERMODAN® HF TP832 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables sheathed with TP832 have received LPCB approval.

THERMODAN® HF TP835 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP835 have passed the 3m3 smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.

THERMODAN® HF TP343NT is a Patent Pending High Performance, Low Smoke Halogen-Free, Thermoplastic Wire and Cable Compound. This compound has superior fire performance, low smoke production and contains no halogens. When used as a jacket for Fiber Optic Cables, TP343NT can assist the cable maker in meeting the stringent new European CPR Regulations at the B2ca Classification (Cable Design Dependant | Actual Results May Vary). THERMODAN® HF TP343NT is natural in color, UV resistant, and is certified Halogen Free by UL to UL2885
