Typical Performance

Components produced with EXTINITY® 0101-108 have been listed by UL at passing UL-1820 for flame and smoke characteristics in various sizes and thickness. EXTINITY® 0101-108 is listed by UL as UL-94 V-2 at thickness’ varying between 0.030” and 0.125”. Internal testing has also showed that EXTINTY® 0101-108 passes UL-94 HB and thickness’ greater than 0.030”.

Processing Conditions

EXTINITY® 0101-108 can be processed on the standard equipment used to run polyolefin based materials. General processing parameters are provided below.
