PEXIDAN® L/T-UV is a high density PEX system consisting of a silane grafted basecompound A-1001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-003 (or A-1022 and CAT-117). When mixed and extruded in the proper proportions, the two-component system results in a material that is crosslinkable by exposure to moisture or by immersion in hot water at 90-95°C. PEXIDAN® L/T is listed by NSF International to standards 14 and 61 and to Canadian Standards Association standard B137.5. NSFI certification to ASTM F876 and ASTM F2023 testifies to its superior resistance to oxidation by hot, chlorinated water. PEXIDAN® L/T is permitted to be used in domestic continuous re-circulation systems and is listed by NSF as a NSF-pw CL5 / PEX 5006 material.

PEXIDAN® J/T is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pregrafted base compound A-3001 and a flame-retardant catalyst masterbatch CAT-012FR. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (60:40), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. PEXIDAN® J/T is designed to meet SAE J1128 standards for GXL, TXL and SXL type insulation. PEXIDAN® J/T is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant.

EXTINITY® 0202-103 is a highly loaded masterbatch of brominated flame retardant pre-dispersed in a polypropylene carrier. It has been designed for use in variety of compounding applications. The pellet form makes the flame retardant easier to handle, more efficient, and can lower overall costs. The product is RoHS compliant.

PEXIDAN® X/T-UV is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant. UL44 type insulation may be marked SUNRES or SR in all colors for sizes of 6 AWG and larger. UL4703 photovoltaic insulation may be marked SUNRES in all sizes and colors

LINXIDAN® LX4433 is a Maleated HDPE Coupling Agent designed specifically to chemically bind natural fibers to HDPE in Wood-Plastic Composites. Coupling fibers to the HDPE matrix, in a 50% wood-filled system, reduces moisture uptake while increasing flexural modulus by 20% and overall flexural strength by 90%.

EXTINITY® 0202-102 is 48% active flame retardant masterbatch additive dispersed in co-polymer polypropylene (coPP) carrier. EXTINITY® 0202-102 can be added to polypropylene base resin and achieve flame retardant performance to meet UL vertical burn performance (UL V-0 and UL V-2).

EXTINITY® 0101-108 is a halogenated, flame retardant compound specifically designed for use in plenum tube applications. This compound has good thermal stability and can be converted easily on standard processing equipment.

PEXIDAN® V/T-2 is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane-grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-045FR. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (50/50), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to hot water. PEXIDAN® V/T-2 is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant.

PEXIDAN® H/T is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pregrafted base compound A-3001 and a flame-retardant catalyst masterbatch CAT-012FR. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (67/33) this mixture results in a material curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. PEXIDAN® H/T is listed with CSA for AWM and CL1251, CL1252 & CL1503, and for UL AWM styles 3173 and 3321. See below for a more complete list of suitable AWM styles. PEXIDAN® H/T is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant.

PEXIDAN® V/T is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silanegrafted base compound A-3001 and a flame-retardant catalyst masterbatch CAT-010FR. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (50/50), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to hot water. PEXIDAN® V/T is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant.

EXTINITY® 0201-127 is a highly effective flame-retardant concentrate, which will provide excellent flame resistance properties. EXTINITY® 0201-127 easily disperses into a wide range of polyolefins through typical melt blending and is stabilized to impart thermal stability to the finished composition. EXTINITY® 0201-127 is non-blooming and has been designed to alleviate color shift problems when a flame retardant is used in colored films. The product is RoHS compliant.

EXTINITY® 0102-104 is an extrusion grade UL V-0 recognized copolymer polypropylene based compound. The product features an excellent balance of properties including high impact strength, high elongation and good flexural and tensile properties. EXTINITY® 0102-104 has an all color UL V-0 rating. Custom colors can be provided. Typical applications including extruded sheet, rod and profiles.

PEXIDAN® U/T is a low density XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-008. When mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (95/5), the two components result in a material curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. In order to prevent pre-scorching the grafted compound and the catalyst masterbatch must be stored separately and mixed only when used. PEXIDAN® U/T is RoHS-compliant. PEXIDAN® U/T is also suitable for medium voltage XLPE jacket applications not requiring flame retardancy.

EXTINITY® 0101-107 is a halogenated, flame retardant compound specifically designed for use in plenum tube applications. This compound has good thermal and ultraviolet stability and can be converted easily on standard processing equipment.

Material SX739 is a silane grafted HDPE compound curable by exposure to moist conditions. SX739 is specifically designed for high output processing by conventional thermoplastic injection molding. The graft component SX739 is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM488/6 generally in the ratio 95:5. This material combines good flow, high rigidity and excellent notched impact strength. The two component system SX739:CM488/6 has high degree of crosslinking which gives it a useful strength at temperatures not usually reached by HDPE.

LINXIDAN® LX4435 is a Maleated PP Coupling Agent designed specifically to chemically bind natural fibers to PP in Wood-Plastic Composites. Coupling fibers to the polypropylene matrix, in a 50% wood-filled system, reduces moisture uptake (up to 43% at the 2% addition level), improves flexural modulus (stiffness) by 14%, and increases overall flexural strength by 70%.

EXTINITY® C0007-18LM is an extrusion grade UL V-0 recognized copolymer polypropylene based compound.The product features an excellent balance of properties including high impact strength, high elongation and good flexural and tensile properties. EXTINITY® C0007-18LM has an all color UL V-0 rating. Custom colors can be provided. Typical applications including extruded sheet, rod and profiles.

EXTINITY® 0101-205 is a natural, non-halogen flame retardant RoHS polyolefin compound. It is designed for use in a wide variety of jacketing and coating applications. This compound has superior fire performance; including slow flame propagation, self-extinguishing characteristics, and low smoke production. EXTINITY® 0101-205 should be extruded with a screw configuration designed to optimize process conditions and throughput.

LINXIDAN® LX4520 is a polyolefin copolymerized with a siloxane functionality, designed to improve compatibility and mechanical properties of polymer compounds.

LINXIDAN® LX4436 is a maleated polyolefin Coupling Agent designed for alloying dissimilar materials to improve physical properties. Suggested loading levels are between 1 and 4 wt% depending on the specific materials being compounded, particular physical property of interest and level of improvement desired in the identified property.

EXTINITY® 0201-312 is a highly loaded antimony trioxide concentrate that can be used for a variety of applications including film, sheet, and extrusion coating. The content of antimony trioxide in EXTINITY® 0201-312 is 80%, by weight. Use of EXTINITY® 0201-312 eliminates the exposure hazards typically associated with handling antimony trioxide powder, since all of the antimony trioxide powder is dispersed, distributed and encapsulated in a LDPE carrier resin.

EXTINITY® 0201-125 is a highly filled flame retardant concentrate that is designed to meet a variety of film flame retardant specifications including; MVSS-302, NFPA-701 Small Scale Test and UL-94 VTM-0 flame standards.EXTINITY® 0201-125 can be used in a variety of polyolefin base resin systems including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and mixtures of PE. EXTINITY® 0201-125 contains a flame-retardant package that is very thermally stable, UV stable and does not bloom. The brominated fire retardant in 0201-125 is RoHS compliant.

PEXIDAN® X/T is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a flame retardant catalyst masterbatch CAT-005FR. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (80:20), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. CAPXIDAN® LG is a modified copolymer produced with a proprietary, patent pending formulation. It is designed to be coextruded over Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) deckboards to provide moisture, stain and wear resistance, esthetics, low gloss, durability at elevated temperatures, and unprecedented adhesion to the WPC substrate. CAPXIDAN® LG is a two-component capstock system. The CAPXIDAN® resin should be extruded together with a specific synergistic additive masterbatch in the recommended proportion of 98:2 by weight.

CAPXIDAN® HD is a Modified Copolymer produced with a proprietary, specialized formulation. It is designed to be coextruded over Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) deck boards to provide moisture, stain, wear resistance,esthetics, durability at elevated temperatures, and unprecedented adhesion to the WPC substrate. CAPXIDAN® HD is a two-component capstock system. The CAPXIDAN® resin should be extruded together with a specific synergistic additive masterbatch in the recommended proportion of 98:2 by weight.

Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (95:5), the two-component blend results in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. Insulation made with PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is rated to -40ºC and may be marked Sunlight Resistant (“-SR”) in all colors and in all sizes per CSA C22.2 No. 38. PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is suitable for CSA Type RPV90 and RPVU90 photovoltaic wire per C22.2 No. 271. PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is non-flame-retardant, halogen-free and RoHS-compliant

EXTINITY® 0201-132 is a highly loaded; UV stabilized flame retardant concentrate for letdown in polyethylene resin systems. EXTINITY® 0201-132 is designed to minimize or eliminate handling concerns such as blocking, static and sticking film. This product is engineered to be non-blooming and, if used at recommended use rates, to pass the Underwriters Laboratory UL-181 specification for flame retardancy. It contains a smoke suppressant.

Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions, the two-component system results in a material curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. PEXIDAN® X/T-UV2 is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant. Insulation may be marked SUNRES or SR in all colors and in all sizes per UL44 and UL4703. This product is also CSA-listed to CSA C22.2 #38 for RW90, RWU90, RPV90 RPVU90 and CIC, and ‘SR’ and -40C rated.
