Fluoroloy® brand grades are high performance, custom formulated compounds and alloys for extreme and specialty sealing applications including PTFE and PTFE blends, fluoropolymers, PEEK and UHMW-PE.  We offer over 80 standard Fluoroloy® grades which have been developed to perform in the most diverse and extreme applications.

Chemfluor tubing offers the ultimate in purity, chemical resistance and broad temperature capability for handling ultra-pure fluids or highly corrosive materials. Chemfluor FEP and PFA tubing products are FDA compliant and contain no additives or plasticizers to contaminate liquids. All Chemfluor tubing products are inert to virtually all chemicals. When used with Chemfluor Fittings, only ultrapure fluoropolymer surfaces contact fluids. Fluoropolymer tubing is the recommended tubing in many demanding areas such as chromatography, semi-conductor processing, Type I Water and cryogenic applications. Chemfluor Tubing is not for use in peristaltic pumps.
FEP tubing has the greatest clarity and abrasion resistance. Transparent to UV light.

St. Gobain's, Tygothan® Polyurethane Tubing exhibits excellent stability even when exposed to oils, greases and fuels. When flexible tubings are exposed to harsh chemicals, plasticizer extraction leading to embrittlement one of the most frequent causes of failure. Tygothane® C-210-A is plasticizer-free and remains flexible even when cycled through temperature extremes.

Rigidly controlled manufacturing processes ensure consistently tight tolerances from one lot to the next. Precision tolerances and high elasticity provide the user with an easy, worry-free attachment to fittings.

Able to withstand rugged daily use, Tygothane® Precision Polyuerethane Tubing is made of a tough, ester-based polyurethane. Its clarity, high tear strength and excellent abrasion resistance make it ideal for many applications, including fuel and lubricant lines, pneumatic lines, abrasive product transfer and cable jacketing. It meets FDA criteria for food and beverage use and is also available in ether-based, medical grade and reinforced formulations.

Tygothane® C-210-A resists weathering and can be safely used in temperatures ranging from -100°F (-73°C) to 200°F (93°C).

With its superior flex life characteristics, PharMed BPT tubing simplifies biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes by reducing production downtime due to pump tubing failure. The excellent wear properties of PharMed BPT tubing also can lead to reduced erosion of the tubing interior walls, improving the overall efficiency of filtering systems.

Rulon® J is an all-polymeric reinforced, light brown colored PTFE compound that operates exceptionally well against soft mating surfaces such as 316 stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, brass and other plastics. The unique "shaft friendly" material is also low in friction and wear and is self lubricating.Rulon J has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of most reinforced PTFE materials. This makes it ideally suited for start/stop applications where stick-slip must be eliminated. The tribological properties of this material also make it suitable for both bearing and wear component applications.

Rulon® AR is somewhat more flexible than Rulon® LR, hence suitable for seals and bonded coating of slide surfaces. It has many decades of use in automotive shaft seals and fuel metering pump cups.Rulon AR has a practically universal chemical inertness like that of Rulon LR and provides long life and reliability in continuous non-lubricated service. It is capable of operating at PV values up to approximately 10,000. Higher PV values are possible for intermittent use applications.
