Salibact is an oil soluble antibacterial and antifungal active ingredient. It is effective against gram positive and gram negative bacteria, fungi, yeast and molds and biodegradable. Compatible with most of the other personal care ingredients.

Saliguard EHGP is a liquid preservative blend based on Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin. Saliguard EHGP is a broad-spectrum preservative that works well against bacteria, yeast, mold and fungi. Saliguard EHGP is widely accepted in USA, EU, Japan, Australia and Canada.

Saliguard BDHA is a paraben free preservative with broad spectrum activity that is made from a combination of Benzyl Alcohol and Dehydroacetic Acid. With a low toxicity profile and global acceptance, this water soluble is compatible with a diverse range of products including cation, nonionic and anionic systems in leave-on and rinse-off formulations including hair care, skin care, baby products, surfactants, shampoos blends, conditioner blends. It provides excellent protection at pH 6.5, but can be used in a pH range of 2.0-7.0 at a dosage of 0.2% to 0.8%.

Saliguard SP is a paraben free broad spectrum mild liquid preservative system composed of Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate. This clear yellowish to brownish liquid can be soluble in all proportions and does not contain any formaldehyde or formaldehyde releasers. This globally approved preservative has a low toxicity profile and can be used in a wide range of formulations as well as most types of cationic and anionic systems in leave-on and rinse-off products at the pH range of less that 5.5 and a dosage of 0.5% to 1.5%.

Salizole is topical antifungal agent commonly used in the treatment of human fungal skin infections such as dandruff and eczema. Salizole has high in vitro and in vivo efficacy against Pityrosporum ovale that appears to play an important role in the pathogenesis of dandruff. It's chemical structure and properties are similar to Ketoconazole and Miconazole. It is usually accompanied by other active ingredients such as Zinc Pyrithione or Triclosan and is commonly found as an active ingredient in OTC anti-dandruff and anti-fungal products, including shampoos, lotions and conditioners.

Saliguard PCG is a paraben free and formaldehyde free preservative with broad spectrum activity on bacteria, yeast and molds. Composed of Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol and Propylene Glycol, this preservative is globally approved. Its low odor profile makes it ideal for fragrance free and fragrance sensitive systems and is compatible with ionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants and emulsifiers. This product can be used in wide variety of personal care and cosmetic products including aqueous and anhydrous systems and emulsion in rinse-off and leave-on products at a dosage of 0.5% to 1.0% in a wide pH range of 3 to 10.

Salisol 4 helps prevent the integrity of other cosmetic ingredients from deteriorating under the sun. The sulfonic acid group makes Salisol 4 soluble in water. It should be neutralized before adding into formulation by neutralizing agents like Triethanolamine, NaOH, etc. The yellow color of Salisol 4 is intensified by neutralization; this may change the coloration of the solution.

Saliguard EHG is a multifunctional cosmetic ingredient that is paraben free and acts as an effective replacement to the traditional preservatives. Made of ethylhexylglycerin, a glyceryl ether, this product can be used as a weak preservative and skin conditioning agent with a deodorant action. This product can be used in personal care and cosmetic formulations in bath products, body and hand products, cleansing products, deodorants, eye makeup, foundations, hair care products and suntan products.

Salibide DMI is a unique solvent for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. It offers excellent solvent properties for a variety of organic active and functional ingredients such as Sunscreens, Cortisone, Vitamins etc. It is soluble in all proportions with water and is also soluble in a variety of other medium, such as cosmetic esters, alcohol or polyols. Salibide DMI can therefore be easily formulated in diverse forms, water-base formulations, emulsions, sticks etc.

Salicap CSA is an effective exfoliating agent due to its reduced penetration in the skin. It is good for skin care and hair care applications.

Salinatural® MIN is a broad spectrum blend of Peppermint Oil, Spearmint Oil, Clove Oil, Neem Leaf Extract and Rosemary Oil. Mint is widely used as a cooling/soothing agent in leave-on and rinse-off applications.

Salisol 3 is a widely used as an organic UV-A filter in sunscreens. It can also offer protection of colorants against fading and help stabilize fragrances and active ingredients against oxidation. Polar oils like C12‐15 Alkyl Benzoate, PEG‐7 Glyceryl Cocoate or Caprylic Capric Triglyceride are particularly suitable.

Saliguard® HDC is a broad spectrum, low toxicity preservative designed for effective preservation against commom bacterial species in cosmetics preperations/formulations (Leave on and rinse off).

Saliguard COS is a paraben free, formaldehyde free and isothiazolinone free preservative with broad spectrum activity that is made from a combination of Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol and Chlorophenesin. With an excellent safety profile and global acceptance, this preservative is compatible with a diverse range of products including leave-on and rinse-off formulations at a dosage of 0.75% to 1.5% with a pH range of 3-8 in shampoos, shower gels, body washes, and in skin care creams, lotions and emulsions.

Salilite NBR is a widely used active ingredient in skin lightening and whitening formulations. It is a strong inhibitor of tyrosinase and peroxidase. Salilite NBR is used as a skin lightener and even-toner for normal, hyper pigmented and melisma affected skin. It exhibits good protective properties against H2O2 induced DNA damage is shown to have anti glycation effect.

Salimine is an alcohol soluble antidandruff agent which is used mainly into clear shampoos. It works more effectively again malassezia in comparison to the performance of Zinc Pyrithione. Salimine also regulates the natural sebaceous secretion which is another cause for dandruff formation.

Salisol HS is a water soluble UVB filter and the solubility could be further improved by increasing the pH of formulation and adding buffer solution i.e. NaOH or TEA. In formulations the pH-value need to be buffered around 7, at lower levels precipitation could be a result of reverting to its acid form. Salisol HS combining with oil soluble UV absorbers to get a high SPF value.

Saliguard UZB is a unique blend featuring Undecylenic acid, 1,3 propanediol (corn derived) and benzyl alcohol. This product has been designed to replace parabens in the personal care and cosmetic formulations.

Salisol BMZ is a broad spectrum filter from both the UVA and UVB rays. Salisol BMZ gives synergistic effect with other UV absorbers. It also provides photo stability and long lasting protection against UVA radiation.

Saliguard® UCP is a complete broad spectrum preservative used in the manufacture of personal care products. It combines 1,2 octanediol, phenoxyethanol and the antifungal activity of undecylenic acid, which is an organic unsaturated fatty acid derived from castor oil. The components of Saliguard® UCP are globally accepted and are most ideal for paraben-free claim.

Saliguard® ULTIMA 2 by Salicylates and Chemicals is comprised of Potassium Sorbate, Gluconolactone and Calcium Gluconate. It is commonly used as Anti Microbial Agent, Preservative and Anti Bacterial Agent for a variety of applications in Hair Care and Skin Care. Saliguard® ULTIMA 2 is certified as USP-NF.

Salisol OMC is one of the most widely used UV-B filters with very good protection potential. It is an organic compound, ideal for use in sun care and day care products for everyday protection against UV-B rays.

Salidruff is the most commonly found anti-dandruff agent. It is accepted worldwide and is usually found in emulsion form for opaque shampoos. It is proven antidandruff active with a very good activity against Malassezia fungi. Salidruff (ZPT 48 -50%) is a creamy colored suspension. Salidruff is a strong antifungal and antibacterial agent. It is used as antidandruff agent for a long time and is widely used in various anti-dandruff shampoos.

Salinatural® TCLS is an aqueous base blend of four key essential oils: Turmeric Oil, Clove Bud Oil, Lemon Grass Oil and Sesame Oil providing broad spectrum bactericidal activity.

Saliguard EZ combines natural propanediol with a preservative derived from glycerine, Ethylhexylglycerin (EHG). Propanediol and EHG synergistically enhance the efficacy of antimicrobial components.

Salisol CRY has excellent dissolving properties for solid sunscreens. It is a preferred UV filter for water resistant formulations. The extended conjugation of the acrylate portion of the molecule absorbs UVB and short-wave UVA rays with wavelengths from 280 to 320 nm, protecting the skin from damage. Salisol CRY is a Category 1 sunscreen in the United States for OTC use.

Salisol AB is an essential UV-A filter, which has a very high efficacy even at lower concentrations. It provides distinct UV-A protection in all varies of cosmetic applications and should be added into the oil phase of a cosmetic composition. It is soluble in some liquid UV-B filters and polar oil components. It can be combined with other filters like Salisol CRY, Salisol HMS and Salisol OMC for higher SPF protection.

Salisol HMS is a derivative of salicylic acid. Salisol HMS is an oil soluble chemical sun locking agent that absorbs UVB radiation. It is used to protect from UVB rays in sunscreens. In the US, it is a Category 1 UV filter permitted for OTC Human use.
