POLURENE LP 100 LV can be combined with liquid epoxy resins for the formulationof two components adhesives for flooring with good flexibility and rheological properties. The main property of POLURENE LP 100 LV is low viscosity that allows the formulation of adhesives with better wettability of inorganic fillers and without addition of plastificants. The polyamines normally used with epoxy resins, especially aliphatic or cycloaliphatic diamines, can be added to the two component system as curing agents.
POLURENE LP 100 LV can be added directly to the epoxy resin and blended with inorganic fillers like calcium carbonate, sand, pigments and thickeners. Catalysts (accelerators) must be added to the hardener, in order not to affect the stability of the two component epoxy-polyurethane system.
POLURENE LP 100 LV has good compatibility with ketones, esters, esters of glicolethers, aromatics and white spirit. It is recommended to use always urethane grade solvents ( < 0.05% water). The substrates must be dry and clean before the adhesive application.
