EMULGANTE EL-18 is used as dispersing agent for pigment and clay. In industrial applications EMULGANTE EL-18 is used as rewetting agent for leather, as softener and dyeing assistant for paint and paper.

  • EMULGANTE EL-18 should preferably be stored in stainless steel tanks.
  • It is suggested to keep the product at temperature below 40°C, it is preferable to avoid heating above 60°C and to store under nitrogen in order to minimize yellowish phenomena.
  • EMULGANTE EL-18 is a clear liquid at room temperature and it becomes a solid wax at temperature lower than 0°C.
  • Avoid contact with strong oxidizers, strong acids and strong bases.
