Crestapol® 1250 Urethane Acrylate Resin is a low-viscosity urethane acrylate resin. It is designed for maximum wet out for pultruding fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other fibers. Run times and formulation will depend on the geometry and complexity of the die. It will run very fast, making for very efficient pultruded parts.

Compared to other core bonding methods, this product has reduced print through, reduced weight, and outstanding adhesion. It has Lloyds' approval and can be used to bond many substrates. This product has been formulated to bond core materials such as rigid PVC foam and balsa to cured or semi-cured FRP skins. Using Crestomer® 1196PA gives a significantly tougher and more durable structural bond than a polyester resin/glass structure or polyester bonding adhesive. Crestapol® 1211A Urethane Acrylate Resin is a partially accelerated, filled, tough urethane acrylate resin designed for applications requiring the highest levels of fire and smoke performance. It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable for the production of laminates where excellent fire resistance and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. This product is halogen-free and does not contain heavy metals.
