SPP-25 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.

AquaFLON® 50-RC is an aqueous dispersion of submicron polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is produced to be in compliance with REACH regulatory requirements. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

Versaflow EV is a liquid homopolymer for use as an alternative to silicone.

FluoroSLIP® 421T is a blend of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.

Shamrock SST-3 Tan is a micronized, tan PTFE powder.

SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. S-396 N1 is a finely ground, crystalline grade of polyethylene wax with a high melt point and good solvent resistance.

HydroCER 584 is a 35% aqueous dispersion of high molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

HydroCER EC-36 is a 35% APEO-free carnauba wax emulsion in a stable anionic surfactant system. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

FluoroSPERSE® 966 is a finely micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion in a petrolatum and soya alkyd drying oil. They assure good wetting, uniform composition, and avoid the handling of powder. They are available in a range of printing ink vehicles, solvents, and in combination with wax.

SST®-2D is a white low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 7 µm. SST®-2D has a tightly controlled particle size distribution, resulting in fewer oversized particles. SST® products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. HydroCER 795 is a 52% aqueous dispersion of an oxidized polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

SST®-2P is an off-white to light gray low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 8 µm. CeraSPERSE 171 is a synthetic wax compounded in refined linseed oil. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. NonSKID 5389 is a micronized, modified polypropylene wax. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces. NonSKID 5389 is used in air dry, baked, and radiation coatings for aqueous, solvent, UV, and powder systems at 3-5% of total formula weight.

HydroCER 8481 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax emulsion. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

Hydropel QB is a blend of paraffin and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 50 – 105°C.

AquaFLON® 60 is a self-stable 60% Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion in water. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. TexMATTE 6014 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product. Shamrock’s Texture Series consists of polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and PMMA (Texture-W, SPP, FluoroTEX, TexMATTE) powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These stir in powders provide a unique feel and texture allowing for customized surface finishes.

S-381-N1 is a micronized synthetic and natural wax alloy that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. FluoroSPERSE® 7908 is dark colored dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder in a general use lithographic varnish. They assure good wetting, uniform composition, and avoid the handling of powder. They are available in a range of printing ink vehicles, solvents, and in combination with wax.

FluoroSLIP® 225 is a blend of low molecular weight synthetic wax and PTFE.

PowderTEX 61 is an off-white free flowing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder that has been treated with a higher surface area inert spacer to facilitate ease of handling.

Neptune 1-N1 is a medium MW synthetic wax treated to provide water wettability. Neptune 1-N1 is used in water-based inks and coatings. Neptune 1-N1 is used in both air dry and baked coatings.

S-395-SP5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity, and the high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance.
