AquaFLON® 60 is a self-stable 60% Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion in water. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

AquaFLON® 60 offers PTFE’s inherently excellent lubrication properties in a proprietary, self-stable water dispersion. AquaFLON® 60 is ideal for all water-borne coating and lubricant systems. Its small, uniformly-sized particles (1-3 µm) dispersed in an aqueous system, make it easy to incorporate into a wide range of applications including:

  • Metal, Plastic, Glass, and Paper Coatings
  • Mold Release Lubricants
  • Metal Cutting and Stamping Lubricants
