As part of the S-Series of wax alloys, it features limited solubility, narrow distribution, compatibility with PTFE for greater slip, and easy dispersion with mild agitation.S-232 MG is an ideal wax for maintaining gloss and clarity in clear topcoats while offering excellent slip and abrasion resistance.
Inks: Sheet-fed and heat-set solvent or water-based inks. At levels of 1 to 2%, it provides the maximum wet scuff resistance in water and solvent ink. When used in overprint varnishes at levels of just 0.5 to 1.0%, S-232 MG will outperform other waxes in gloss retention and clarity.
Coatings: Can, coil, industrial, and UV cure coatings.
