SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

Functions: Anti-Abrasion Agent, Slip Agent

Chemical Family: Heterocyclic Compounds

End Uses: Powder Coating, Radiation Curable Coating, Solventborne Coating, Solventborne Ink, Waterborne Coating, Waterborne Ink
