SPP-25 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.

Versaflow EV is a liquid homopolymer for use as an alternative to silicone.

SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

HydroCER 584 is a 35% aqueous dispersion of high molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

HydroCER EC-36 is a 35% APEO-free carnauba wax emulsion in a stable anionic surfactant system. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

CeraSPERSE 171 is a synthetic wax compounded in refined linseed oil. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

AquaFLON® 60 is a self-stable 60% Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion in water. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

S-381-N1 is a micronized synthetic and natural wax alloy that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-395-SP5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity, and the high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-394-N1 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C and good onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes

Hydrocer D-336 is a blend of an anionic aqueous paraffin wax emulsion and synthetic wax that has been oxidized to provide water wettablility.

S-381-N5 is a modified, micronized blend of natural and synthetic wax that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C. Shamrock's product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. FluoroSLIP® 893-A is a stir-in powder blend of spherical micronized polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

PowderTEX 61 is an off-white free flowing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder that has been treated with a higher surface area inert spacer to facilitate ease of handling.

NonSKID 8001 is a combination of micronized polypropylene and PTFE. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces.

SST®-1MG is a friable grade of PTFE powder which can be reduced to an average particle size of 1 – 2 microns.

HydroCER 605 is a 50% active blend of high molecular weight polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersed in water.

HydroCER 7410 is a 45% aqueous dispersion of medium molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-483 is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C. It has good onset of melting and low crystallinity. Hydrocer 7112 is a stable, aqueous synthetic wax dispersion. Keep the lid tight on the container to avoid separation. If this product has separated, simple mixing with paddle or propeller mixer is all that will be required. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.

S-368-N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 93 – 106°C. S-368 N5T imparts lubricity, abrasion resistance and anti-blocking properties to aqueous-based systems. It also has been used successfully in laminating adhesives to improve die-cutting performance.

FluoroSLIP® 533 is a blend of hydrophilic synthetic wax and PTFE where the synthetic wax shows a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. SST®-4D is a white low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 3 µm. SST®-4D has a tightly controlled particle size distribution, resulting in fewer oversized particles. Taber Tiger 5512 is a highly crystalline grade of synthetic wax and is produced to rigid particle size specifications.
