SPP-25 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.

AquaFLON® 50-RC is an aqueous dispersion of submicron polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and is produced to be in compliance with REACH regulatory requirements. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. They are used as additives to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

AquaFLON® 50 is an aqueous dispersion containing submicron PTFE. The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. These additives are used to provide slip and abrasion resistance.

FluoroSLIP® 421T is a blend of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.

SST®-3 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 5 µm. SST products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST products are used for their ability to provide slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

HydroCER 795 is a 52% aqueous dispersion of an oxidized polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

LoAngle 5413 is a synthetic wax showing multiple melting peaks ranging from 107 – 142°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

FluoroSLIP® 225 is a blend of low molecular weight synthetic wax and PTFE.

FluoroSLIP® 533 is a blend of hydrophilic synthetic wax and PTFE where the synthetic wax shows a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

AquaFLON® 178G is a stable aqueous dispersion of a blend of a synthetic wax and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The AquaFLON® product line is comprised of aqueous dispersions of PTFE or PTFE with wax. These products are designed for stability, pourability and easy incorporation into water-based systems. Hydrocer 7112 is a stable, aqueous synthetic wax dispersion. Keep the lid tight on the container to avoid separation. If this product has separated, simple mixing with paddle or propeller mixer is all that will be required. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-232 MG is a micronized polyethylene-carnauba wax alloy. S-232 also is available in N1, N5 and SD3 grades.

Neptune 1-N1 is a medium MW synthetic wax treated to provide water wettability. Neptune 1-N1 is used in water-based inks and coatings. Neptune 1-N1 is used in both air dry and baked coatings.

CeraSPERSE 321BG is a compound of waxes and PTFE in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). FluoroSLIP® 605 is a combination of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.

SST®-5S is a 3 µm polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder with a tightly controlled particle size distribution. SST®-5S provides optimum rub and slip performance for thin-film applications. Hydrocer D-336 is a blend of an anionic aqueous paraffin wax emulsion and synthetic wax that has been oxidized to provide water wettablility.
