PROGILINE

PROGILINE® AIR 8032 is a fully synthetic premium quality lubricant specifically designed to ensure rotary screw compressors maintain optimum performance at a full range of operating temperatures. PROGILINE® AIR 8032 are formulated with superior PAG and POE base stocks in combination with a state-of-the-art additive package. The formulation provides outstanding performance in cooling, anti-wear protection, thermal stability and anti-oxidative properties. The formulation is designed to ensure an absence of sludge, gum and coke formation. The expected product lifetime at typical air compressor operating conditions is 8000 hours.

PROGILINE® FI 1030 is a non-ionic type polyalkylene glycol based foam inhibitor. The product is extremely efficient in both defoaming and antifoaming action in aqueous systems operating over a temperature range of 10-30°C. PROGILINE® FI 1030 is suitable for use in a broad range of cold water applications, either where antifoaming action via reduction of entrained air is required, and/or where defoaming action via control of frothing is needed.

PROGILINE® Gear 150 PG is a range of polyalkylene glycol based synthetic extreme pressure gear lubricants, providing high levels of load carrying capacity and wear protection. The range is designed to enable continuous operation at high temperature, with minimized friction and good thermal / oxidative stability properties. PROGILINE® Gear PG lubricants allow thermally stable operation at temperatures exceeding 200°C, and offer anticipated service lifetimes of all grades in excess of 10,000 hours at 100°C, enabling extended service intervals and in some instances a fill-for-life lubricant.

PROGILINE® FI 50100 Foam Inhibitor is a 100% active polyalkylene glycol foam inhibitor. The product is designed specifically for the defoaming and suppression of foam in sugar beet processing applications. Progiline FI 50100 is effective in various stages of the process, including diffusion, liming and carbonation. PROGILINE® FI 50100 may be dosed directly into the system, typically at concentrations of 5-20 ppm, but alternatively may be formulated with other components such as fatty acids or water to create lower cost formulations of lower viscosity, which enables easier dosing into systems. Formulations with water and fatty acid typically require only simple agitation prior to use. Progiline FI 50100 is extremely efficiently dispersed and is suitable for application in a wide range of diffusion systems.
