  • BIO-SOFT LD-95 is a completely formulated, high activity, biodegradable liquid detergent concentrate. By using a concentrate, the compounder can realize savings in formulating time, storage facilities and the need for multiple raw material sources.
  • BIO-SOFT LD-95 can be diluted with water to create various solids levels of dishwashing detergents. Fragrance can be added for customer appeal. Dye and/or pearlizing agents are frequently added to give same appearance as popular brand name products.
  • BIO-SOFT LD-95 can also be used in other applications such as car wash detergent, rug shampoos, textile scouring, aircraft cleaners, and fine-fabric detergent.

Storage & Handling

Storage & Handling
  • Normal safety precautions (i.e. gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handling BIO-SOFT LD-95. Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided. Avoid open flames and spark sources as BIO-SOFT LD-95 contains about 4% ethanol.
  • Recommended Drum Storage: BIO-SOFT LD-95 is freeze/thaw stable and will return to its original state upon warming to 60°F. BIO-SOFT LD-95 can be stored in closed containers in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire and open flames.
  • Recommended Bulk Storage: Tanks made of 316 stainless steel or fiberglass with corrosion liners is recommended. Gear pumps and piping should be 316 stainless steel.
