Made of cellulose based polymers, CelluCap™ Release on Demand (RNDTM) technology keep actives fresh during scale-up and shelf life and allow for easy release upon skin application. Microcapsules break down into invisible particles, but still retain a portion of the payload for controlled and continuous delivery. Encapsulation of lipophilic actives/oils results in a new physical form, a powder that can be dispersed across all phases of a formulation. SunCaps™ Unbreakable and Transparent Encapsulated UV Filters

SunCaps™ innovative encapsulated UV filters, hermetically entrapped and sealed, improve skin feel, safety and UV protection levels.

The single layer cellulose-based polymer shell provides optimal isolation of the UV filter and prevents skin penetration and degradation while maintaining the UV protection qualities. SunCapsTM create new combinations of UV filter that were previously incompatible and develop formulations that provide enhanced sensorial experiences.

WS Biotinᵀᴹ is Tagra’s latest breakthrough in water-solubility technology: By delivering a microencapsulated Biotin 100 times more soluble than free Biotin, WS Biotinᵀᴹ provides active, high concentrated Biotin for improved hair, scalp, and skin health.

WS SA50TM creates effective Salicylic Acid formulations that are alcohol-free and without discoloration and recrystallization. WS SA50TM increases Salicylic Acid water solubility from 0.2% to 5% and maintains an acidic pH. There is no need for organic solvents. This unique technology provides formulation freedom.

CelluCap™ Resveratrol is a microencapsulated delivery system that effectively overcomes the formulation challenges associated with resveratrol, such as discoloration and recrystallization. The encapsulation of resveratrol in a cellulose-based shell provides stability, extending the potency of the material and ensuring its freshness until the moment of application. In addition, the encapsulated resveratrol is easily released upon mechanical pressure, such as through rubbing action. The single-layer polymeric shell collapses and breaks down into invisible particles while still retaining the payload to deliver over time. This enables efficient delivery of resveratrol to the skin, resulting in extended antioxidant activity and anti-aging benefits. CelluCap™ C is a highly effective encapsulation of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, which helps to overcome common formulation challenges associated with vitamin C. By isolating this oil-soluble vitamin C derivative, formulations are less likely to show discoloration and deterioration of the raw material. It is as if each microdose of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate is delivered in its own airtight packaging. CelluCap™ C exhibits Tagra's Release on Demand (RND) technology, which releases the ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate only upon mechanical application. The cellulose-based shell collapses, releasing the active while breaking down into invisible particles. These particles retain some of the core ingredients, creating extended delivery for continued efficacy.
