Tasnee LDPE

Tasnee LD 4025N is an Additive Free Low Density Polyethylene with Melt Flow Rate of 4.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg). It has a suitable molecular structure to produce film with excellent mechanical properties. Tasnee LD 4025N can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 150 – 190°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow-up ratio of 2.5:1 and recommended film thickness range from 15 to 40 μm.

Tasnee LD 1925AS is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 1.9 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg), recommended for mono and multilayer blown film extrusion. Tasnee LD 1925AS contains slip and anti- blocking additives and has a suitable molecular structure to produce film with excellent mechanical and optical properties. Tasnee LD 1925AS can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 160 – 190°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow - up ratio of 2:1 and recommended film thickness range from 25 to 60 μm.

Tasnee LD 0725N is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 0.75 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg), recommended for mono and multilayer blown film extrusion. Tasnee LD 0725N is an additive free grade and has a suitable molecular structure to make film with excellent mechanical and optical properties. Tasnee LD 0725N can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 170 – 220°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow-up ratio of 2:1 and recommended film thickness range from 25 to 100 μm.

Tasnee LD 1925F is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 2.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16 kg). Tasnee LD 1925F is mainly recommended for crosslinked and non-crosslinked foam applications. It designed to provide uniform cell distribution during LDPE foam extrusion process. Special additive package is used to control the foam cell structure so that uniform cell size and distribution occurred during foam extrusion process. It has a suitable molecular structure and special additive package for providing control and uniform foam cell structure and excellent mechanical properties to the foam. Tasnee LD 1925F can be easily processed on all types of LDPE foam extrusion equipment. The melt temperature is recommended to be in the range of 160 - 200°C.
